Canada is lost. This is what the Left does. Socialism at home is never enough. By embracing Communist China, and now Turkey, PM Carney has turned his back on America & made clear that Canada sides with dictators, terrorists & thugs who threaten the security of the U.S. & sovereignty of our allies.

Turkey is a NATO ally of both the United States and Canada since 1952. Official Canadian statements describe the new Strategic Partnership with Türkiye as deepening cooperation between the two NATO allies on trade, energy, defence and security. pm.gc.ca/en/news/statem… cbc.ca/news/politics/… tr.usembassy.gov/the-united-sta…

Kind of odd Germany produces 3 times as much solar energy as Australia does. considering our climate and location with more then abundant sunlight.. we have a long way to go.

we know because data, EV batteries last as long as the car itself. Even with this data and real world evidence. My MiEV is 17 yrs old this yr on its original battery, the stupid myth of EVs needs battery replacement (insert timeframe here) still persist. insideevs.com/news/809604/ca…

Electrify.
Australia is uniquely exposed to this diesel price shock given our reliance on imported product which is by far the highest in the world, not as a % of GDP or per capita but outright. This comes as other countries have scaled back imports and Australia's have accelerated due in part to refinery closures.

Biggest weakness of LNP today is their "ideological over economics" dogma, and total inability to plan and make policies more than 40 seconds ahead. Eg reneweconomy.com.au/coalitio… Oh for rational, data driven, armed with facts, conservatives. One day eh... youtu.be/FRgp2v9Km9M?feature…

Great article describing the cost of Australia's reliance on oil imports and how it's been impacted by Trump's war in Iran. Oil Import cost in Mar-Aug has increased from $26b in 2025 to $43b in 2026. About $10b of that $17b increase was due to diesel. theenergy.co/articles/the-sh…

Alan Kohler today on failure to curb global warming... "One of the key reasons for that failure has been the cynical opposition & denial by Rupert Murdoch & his media companies in order to make money, which has meant that the issue became a totem of right-wing politics" #auspol
