On Pornhub now uploaded by an “unknown” user— a woman struggling & whimpering, her mouth duck taped shut, hands & feet bound, a knife is held to her throat & there are large bruises on her legs. #Traffickinghub doesn’t verify consent, assume this is a real rape. Shut it down.

False beliefs about our emotions:
- There are positive & negative emotions
- Certain emotions should not be expressed or should be avoided
- Certain emotions reveal a weakness of character
- Our emotions have to be validated by others in order to be valid
