🚨 OFFICIAL COMPLAINT TO NYS MARKET 🚨 What happened at @NYSMarkets today is completely unacceptable! Numerous traders are reporting unexpected account breaches, and unfortunately, I am one of the victims. I had successfully completed 3 out of the required 5 minimum trading days, with only 2 days remaining before requesting my payout. Before entering the market today, I carefully checked the economic calendar to avoid any major USD news events. I was trading GBPJPY, yet my account was suddenly breached. My question to @NYSMarkets management is simple: WHAT EXACTLY CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO BE BREACHED? If this is a technical issue or system malfunction, we demand an immediate investigation and restoration of all wrongly breached accounts. We trusted @NYSMarkets . We defended the company, promoted its services, and encouraged our friends, followers, and community members to purchase accounts because we believed the previous issues had been resolved. @josb2b But how can we continue promoting a company when traders are constantly facing problems like this? We do not want the negative allegations circulating in the trading community, claiming that @NYSMarkets is a scam prop firm, to become the reality. @JeniferGomezNYS , we need answers, not silence. We need transparency, accountability, and immediate action. I am calling on all @NYSMarkets affiliates and affected traders to speak up. Our trust and reputation are also on the line. WE DESERVE BETTER!
