𝗩𝗧𝗙𝗖 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 | 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 | 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆 This evening, we gather to celebrate the life of Steve Moore, who sadly lost his battle with cancer in 2016 at the age of 32. Steve was highly regarded for his contributions during his careers at Wimborne, Poppies, Dorchester, Christchurch and Verwood, and each year, we honour his memory with the Steve Moore Memorial Trophy. Scott Arnold Wimborne Club Captain said "It’s always great to play this game in memory of my dear friend Morro. Who is missed massively by both our great clubs. I can’t believe 8 years has passed already but he will always be remembered by this great occasion. Looking forward to seeing you all there! Arnie." For tonight only we will have a BBQ and Beer tonight at the ground so we can raise a drink to a great man. I hope you can join us tonight. @WimborneTownFC @ChristchurchFC_ @DorchTownFC @O_BournemouthFC #verwoodtownfc #upthepotters #verwood #DorsetFootball #stevemoorememorialtrophy – at Saint Leonards, England
