A second district court has said it was unconstitutional, both within the 5th circuit of appeals. 5th circuit appeals court has upheld the nationwide injunction preventing the law from going into effect Jan 1, while considering the appeal.

Wonder if @ParetoNetwork can evolve to this while retaining its intel system incentives.
Criteria needs to be:
- Reduce friction for users, but keep token
- Lower or eliminate transaction fees for posting/rewarding
- Have a model that promotes or ranks better information
Discussions started in 2017. Most tokens have shifted from fee-based tokens to governance / staking tokens, where there's more incentives to keep them + no unnecessary friction for users.

Ether as gas only has been my observation and UI ideal for a long time. Now its more apparent obvious with DeFi
Gas tank based on user story. Default has small tank, GUI tells them to refill. User can upgrade to bigger gas tank
