30 minutes on the phone to @virginmedia @vmbusiness to get a very simple query answered. The voice quality was dreadful, if you're going to offshore customer support please give them good quality phones at least.
Correct, apart from a HP ProBook I've not been impressed with anything recently without an Apple logo on it.
