Here is the recipe for Chhuhare wali Chai ☕️
Soak 5-6 chhuhare overnight.
In the morning, grind them using the same soaked water.
Boil 2. 5 cups water with ginger, chai ki patti and the chhuhara paste.
Add 4 cups milk and let it boil nicely.
Add less sugar because chhuhare already give natural sweetness.
Strain and enjoy! ❤️☕️
Aaj chai bnate time usme raat ke soak kiye hue chhuhare grind kr ke daal diye .. 😍
Chhuhara = dry date, in case you didn't know.
Honestly, chai itni delicious bani ki I was surprised myself! ❤️☕
Thodi natural sweetness, thoda sa rich flavour… bilkul alag taste tha.
Dadi ko bataya toh boli,
“Arre, ye toh Halchhath (हलछठ) mein actually aisi hi chai banti hai!” 😄
Halchhath mein kheton mein ugne wali cheezein nahi khate.
khajur registan mein ugta hai… wahan hal nahi chalta, isliye khajur kha sakte hain...
Aur haan… aaj ki meri chhuhare wali chai full marks le gayi! ☕️😋
