The entire first grade @baker_school came together to show what we love about first grade and our amazing school! Thank you Ms. Doherty for the great idea!! @1BFirstGrade @1DFirstGrade @1LFirstGrade
We learned about the Great Wall of China and worked hard as a team to create the wall in our classroom using different materials!
We leaned about The Terra-cotta Army that was discovered in China in 1974. First graders enjoyed recreating our own warriors using foam people and metallic paper.
Thank you to the Baker literacy Team for continuing one of our favorite traditions- Caldecott Award Books! Ask your first grader about this special two day event! @bakerlit @Arteacheritter
