Luc Chignell prosecuted the sentence of Rowan Grant at Nottingham Crown Court, who had plead guilty to Death by Dangerous. Mr Grant has been sentenced to 10 years in custody for the fatal crash on the A610 Nuthall Road.

James Varley, leading Sinjin Bulbring, successfully prosecuted local Council leader Jason Zadrozny. Mr Zadrozny was charged with offences of fraud and tax evasion and was found guilty following a 5 week trial at Northampton Crown Court.

Miss Thandi appeared at the Court of Appeal Criminal Division in an appeal against a sentence where the a Derbyshire Police Officer had used AI to manufacture the evidence in order to get the court to increase the sentence. This highlighted the risks and dangers posed by AI.

The 15 year old boy, defended by Balraj Bhatia KC and James Varley. The 13 year old girl, defended by Jeremy Benson KC and Phil Gibbs. Both charged with the murder of grandfather in Braunstone Park, but found guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter.
