I started a mock-up for a Samurai Pizza Cats game a few years back, got a little ways into the background and stopped. Picked it up again and drilled away at it. I wanted to post it here to get it off my chest. One last gift for the honest folks
This is the last thread I plan on making here. I'll keep this account up if people want to contact me, but I don't plan on posting here again until the data-scalping bubble bursts and Twitter jettisons it all, or dies. I can't justify otherwise
My presence online is sporadic. Better that you know if I'm still uploading stuff online, even if it's now and then, rather than assuming I'm just away for even longer than normal.

Even if you cannot donate taking the time to read it and share it would be a great help to me. Every little bit helps!!! I’ll try to keep track and respond if anyone has questions but I’m recovering from surgery and sleep comes and goes

Hey guys I haven’t said much about this because I’ve been dealing with it privately for months now but I’m officially out of options. I’m trying to save my grandmothers house from being repossessed and have set up a gofundme. I’ll link it in the replies. Please share if you can!

So I started a Discord for a small art community. Hoping to bring the vibes I have when I'm teaching students to an online art community, as well as share WIPs, share game dev, and stay connected since I'm not great with socials

Tried the free demo for Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo. Three setpieces with different badge load outs and special attacks. Inventive and well-crafted without feeling clinical in terms of polish. Bought the full game and beat 100%
Base difficulty curve ramps up quickly - feels like it's a fan's game for fans, "you know what you're here for", but it also has difficulty modifiers to make progression harder or easier (more/fewer coins, damage dealt, health etc)
Beyond medium/'level 4' difficulty, are there more than three trains in a row, or is it just the health that gets buffed
So it's like being in an artist circle, but with less backstabbing
Why would Pinterest have it? It was a data-scraping site since day 1. The important thing was never accountability, it was associating "Pinterest" with online art searches and other peoples' shit, turning it into a Brand™ like Funko

25 years after its original PlayStation 1 release, Breath of Fire IV finally returns, available right now on GOG, thanks to YOU: the incredible fans who championed this legendary JRPG on the GOG Dreamlist 💜

We couldn’t be more excited. This wouldn’t have happened without the support of over 22,000 passionate Dreamlist voters and the fantastic team at @CapcomUSA_, who trusted us to bring you this masterpiece in its very best form.
That "very best form" is a reality through the GOG Preservation Program. Our release is fully optimized for modern PCs, with Windows 10 & 11 support, both English and Japanese localizations, upgraded DirectX rendering, new display options (Windowed Mode, V-Sync, Anti-Aliasing, refined gamma correction), and a reworked audio engine (with restored missing environmental sounds & added new sound configuration options).
This JRPG classic is now made to live forever 💿
And the great news doesn’t stop there! Eight more iconic classics join the GOG Preservation Program alongside Breath of Fire IV. All over 20 years old, and each a milestone in PC gaming:
Ultima Underworld I+II & Ultima 9: Ascension (completing the Ultima series in the Program)
Worms Armageddon
Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood
Realms of the Haunting
Tex Murphy: Under a Killing Moon
Stonekeep
Find them all here: bit.ly/GPP_Arrivals
Every one of these games helped shape PC gaming history. Now, we’re making sure they’ll inspire new generations for years to come.
Back to Breath of Fire IV: Over the next few days, we’ll be celebrating its release and 25th anniversary. Watch for more posts as we share stories, memories, behind-the-scenes insights, and more! Join us as we honor the power of the GOG Dreamlist and the community that made this possible.
Thank you for being part of this journey. With your passion, amazing partners like @CapcomUSA_, and the dedication of the GOG community, we’re proving that classic games don’t have to be lost to time. Let’s keep making games live forever together!
