Slop reply accounts get instant blocks. Got no time for it and there’s absolutely no value in it.
Information space too valuable.

gm, we're the ENS Foundation 👋
Our mandate: represent ENS at ICANN, IETF and W3C, pursue stewardship of the .ens TLD, engage on policy, and protect the brand, alongside @ensdomains and the ENS DAO.
Here's who's behind it 🧵...

The transfer of Durin.dev to ENS Labs is complete!
Durin is an opinionated approach to issuing ENS L2 subnames
It was originally developed by NameStone under an ENS DAO Grant program
Since launching in 2024 Durin has been used at every major ENS Hackathon, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from hackers
With NameStone shutting down earlier this year, Durin was left without an active maintainer
Working with @gregskril and @Jefflau, we transferred all relevant assets to ENS Labs, including:
- Durin.dev domain name
- GitHub repo
- Associated infra and smart contract ownership
I am confident that this is the best home for Durin and I hope developers will continue to build on Durin for years to come
It's been an honor to contribute enduring work to ENS

This weekend at @ETHGlobal Tokyo I built a local-first UI for @Safe multisigs
It can index past transactions, simulate pending transactions and show asset value from a single RPC URL
thanks to ‘video ezy’ for the $1 weekly rentals; ‘PC powerplay’ (iirc) for the game demos; everyone within a 4 km radius of my home, whom I hassled to buy chocolates so I could win an n64; and friends with better computers.
Honourable game mentions: Abe’s Oddysee, BZFlag, Diablo, Lemmings, Worms, SimCity 2000, and a suite of super old PC games I cannot for the life of me remember.

workemon.eth presenting @ensdomains at @ETHGlobal Tokyo right now
5.5 is faster sure, but its default 'effort' dropped to medium. I'd wager there's some overlap in the smoke of it all.

Excellent use of ENS for trust and provenance.
Replying to @jackbutcher
deploying shortly, thanks for your patience

This is how you launch a namespace.
@hlnames imported a DNSSEC enabled DNS name (hl.hn) into ENS.
No protocol fee. Permissionless. Resolves wherever ENS already works - most wallets and dApps and in DNS.
alice.hl → alice.hl.hn
Tap into the global namespace instead of inventing a TLD out of thin air that collides if ICANN later issues the matching string.
.@hlnames has integrated ENS to power a universal namespace for the @hyperliquidx ecosystem.
In choosing ENS, HL Names has made it easier to navigate the Hyperliquid ecosystem and beyond ⤵

After nearly three years as General Counsel of ENS Labs, the ENS Foundation's Board has formally appointed me Executive Director and Chief Legal Officer. The tokenholders voted the Foundation a serious mandate. Here's what we're built to do. 👇

Every Aragon profile comes with a custom @ensdomains, making signers, operators, voters, and delegates easier to identify onchain.

The feature everyone’s been asking for is finally here.
@gregskril walks through proactive notifications in the App, so you can track expiries, catch reminders, and renew before it’s too late ⤵️

This is what scaling ENS looks like.
The internet didn’t scale email by requiring everyone to own a domain and run a mail server. Most people got an identity under a provider’s namespace: gmail.com, icloud.com, etc.
ENS is scaling the same way. Direct .eth names remain a core part of the ecosystem, while wallets, apps, communities and protocols can issue millions of subnames to their users. And because ENS can import DNS names, that model extends beyond .eth to namespaces like world.id.
18 million names from World is a glimpse of what that model looks like at scale.
📈 New Milestone: 18,000,000 names.
@worldnetwork has issued over 18 million names powered by ENS since integrating in October 2024.

The @Binance ecosystem has extended ENS support.
@BinanceWallet users can now send and receive assets with ENS names directly from the browser extension.
If you don’t see the ENS feature, update the extension to the latest version (v1.20.0).
