Far-left Amy Acton’s own mother appears in an ad warning Ohio not to elect her daughter. Maybe Ohio should listen. ⠀ Donna Arthur identifies herself in the video and says she worked at a children and family service association. She states she loves her daughter but that Acton has a serious problem and is a liar who lies about her past, including the claim that she grew up living in a tent. ⠀ Arthur says none of that is true and that her daughter has lied her entire life. She adds that Acton needs help and cannot help others if she needs help herself. ⠀ The ad ends with Arthur telling viewers not to vote for people who lie and not to let Acton become governor because it will only get worse. Acton’s campaign confirmed the woman in the video is her mother. ⠀ Acton has described a childhood that included frequent moves, a period in a tent, and abuse by a man her mother married. She and her mother have been estranged since she was about 12, when she went to live with her father.
