I’ve been quiet on this but this is unacceptable. 5 people paid the ultimate price because of this circus act. If by 1,000 feet you’re not on speed, fully configured, spooled up, on profile and with all checklists complete there is absolutely NO excuse for not abandoning the approach and trying again.
