Incredibly sad news.
We were honoured to welcome Benjamin and his family to St. James’ Park in 2014 and we offer our deepest sympathies to them and all those who loved him.
Forever a Geordie 🖤🤍

Don't do much sport now, but couldn't let this morning go without saying thank you to Eddie Howe.
He gave all of us a day we didn't think would ever come. Something even the biggest names failed to do.

Anthony Gordon. Some nice words on NUFC exit, the way it should be. Great move for the lad. A very good player when he wanted to be. Just didn't always want to be.
First man to sign following the takeover.
Played 50mins at Wembley (in a winning team) with a hamstring injury.
#NUFC’s best ever right back
Thank you, Tripps 🖤🤍
After four and a half years of incredible service to Newcastle United, we can confirm that Kieran Trippier will leave the club this summer when his contract expires.
Kieran arrived in January 2022 with the club in the relegation zone and played a crucial role as he went on to lift the club’s first domestic trophy in 70 years.

Captain, leader, legend 🫡
Kieran Trippier was the first player to buy into the NUFC project.
Had no need to move to a side facing relegation, but took the risk and everyone reaped the rewards.
The best right-back NUFC have ever had. A true club hero 👏👏👏

💪 Jamaal Lascelles was a leader at #NUFC from the very start and right to the very end.
🙌 A credit to the club from Championship to Champions League.
A win against Qarabag would set up a clash with either Barcelona or Chelsea.
Victory in the last-16 then sets up a quarter-final clash against any of the following four teams: Club Brugge, Atletico Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur or Liverpool
