🚨With advanced alerting that sends email or SMS notifications, Sentinel ensures that companies, communities, and emergency responders can act swiftly, potentially averting catastrophic outcomes.
How is Sentinel valuable?
💡Sentinel provides real-time insight into the health, location, and data readings of all deployed devices, all in one convenient dashboard.
📊 View data stats like soil conditions, temperature/humidity, CO2 levels, and physical environment changes (like falling trees), which are key factors when analyzing potential risks.
So, how does Sentinel work?🧐
Forest fires, you guessed it, often occur in wooded areas with significant topography changes.
Sentinel leverages the long range and dynamic coverage of global Helium IoT Network, ensuring critical devices always stay connected.📶
So, how is Sentinel a solution to wildfires?
Sentinel provides businesses with a data-first approach to wildfire mitigation by removing the potential for human error and the costs associated with traditional prevention methods.
👉In short, it’s wildfire mitigation made smart!
Why wildfire mitigation? 💭
In 2022, over 56,000 wildfires burned nearly seven million acres of land.
With so much at stake, would it surprise you to learn that manual patrols and physical lookout towers are two of the most common methods of prevention? 🤨
Last year, we launched 1663 Sentinel - a solution designed to help businesses mitigate the devastating wildfires occurring every day.
