Annual unashamed plug - for all #QPR fans travelling to Coventry - my gaff - The Flying Standard (Wetherspoon) - bang in the city centre is a designated pub for away fans to use before/after game - particularly welcome because I’m loudly & proudly @QPR - and the locals know it!

Trains to northeast chaos today with people sat on the floor and stood. @QPR had booked 2 whole carriages for their trip to ‘Boro. Welcomed anyone to use spare seats, chatted with them and took all their rubbish when they got off. A credit to their club.

What Gerry did in coming through our ranks to become England captain was such a special achievement. Naming the new training ground after him would be the perfect thing to do. What an incentive to our young players to see his name and image in the new building at Heston. @QPR
