No matter your politics, you have to admit this #VPDebate is pretty fly.
We just got an amazing show from our back deck!
There was a special heritage flight formation to salute the first responders and medical workers in the fight against COVID-19.
Did anyone else get to see it?

I can’t be with my mom this Mother’s Day but we still celebrated together with a virtual 5k! Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there! @JandARacing #liveliverun
It’s been a while since I’ve logged onto Twitter so just popping in to say hi! #NewProfilePic
CHEERS to 2 years cancer free!!!
I finally feel like my life is in a really good place but it took every bit of the last 2 years to get here.
I’m forever grateful to everyone who has sent me so much love and support through the years. I can’t say it enough, thank you!
Guess what? I’m back in front of the camera!! I am going to be the host of a tourism show promoting the Outer Banks and it’ll be airing in a few months! Of course I’ll post more details once I have them 🤩
It’s been weird watching the hurricane coverage today instead of being part of it. With that said, Chloe loves that I can be home with her working remotely (which is a foreign concept to me!)
Thinking of everyone who had to be out in the weather to keep the rest of us safe 💕
It's been a long time coming, but here it is: My blog is finally back up and running!
Not going to lie, I felt a bit rusty, but you have to (re)start somewhere, right? Thank you all for your encouragement and stay tuned for some more consistent posts!

I have your forecast for the first weekend of summer coming up on Daybreak right now! @13NewsNow
Ok, so not only is it Friday but it’s also the first day of summer and that definitely calls for some ice cream! On this week’s Friday Flavor, I visited Cone Slingers in Carrollton and it was SO GOOD. Tune into @13NewsNow to watch my newest segment 😁
Completely heartbroken tonight.
Va. Gov. Ralph Northam statement: “This is a horrific day for the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are devastated by the tragic shooting in Virginia Beach. This is unspeakable, senseless violence. My thoughts continue to be with the victims and their families.” #13newsnow
You know that thing you’ve always wanted to do but just keep putting off? You should go do that thing... It's worth it, I promise!
Here are all the details (and video!) of my skydive from Friday!

Have you heard the news yet?! Our weather team is growing! Many of you already know @CraigKSDK, but I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time yesterday and I’m so excited to work with him. He’ll be back on air in June!
Today marks exactly 2 years since I was told I had cancer. It’s been a tough two years but instead of dwelling on the hard times I’ve had since then, I’m going to focus on the great things in my life. Feeling incredibly grateful today!
Tune in to @13NewsNow for the latest on our severe weather. @13EvanStewart and I are working hard to keep everyone updated and we will have at least 2 meteorologists on staff all night to keep everyone informed and safe #13StormMode
