Having claude code use the /chrome to validate changes on the web has been a huge unlock for our team. Feature dev slash commands and a good git hook like lefthook makes all the difference

3. Invest in your CLAUDE.md. After every correction, end with: "Update your CLAUDE.md so you don't make that mistake again." Claude is eerily good at writing rules for itself. Ruthlessly edit your CLAUDE.md over time. Keep iterating until Claude's mistake rate measurably drops. One engineer tells Claude to maintain a notes directory for every task/project, updated after every PR. They then point CLAUDE.md at it.

I don't care if you like or use AI or not. That being said...If you spend an inordinate amount of time trying to prove to yourself and the world that AI isn't valuable in business, you just look foolish at this point. People who know, know. It's not our job to constantly try to convince you that AI is great. And we're not going to, because most of us are too busy moving mountains and accomplishing insane things thanks to AI. It's the most powerful and useful business tool since at least the Personal Computer. And you, shouting to the ether about why AI is overrated, are the unfortunate embodiment of a historical "loser" archetype. I'm not trying to be mean when I say "loser." I'm just being real. You're obviously on the wrong side of this issue and almost all of the high achievers out there know it. You're Paul Bunyan with his axe, trying to beat the steam engine. Some sentimental side of us admires your commitment to tradition, but we also feel pity in knowing that you're tragically doomed. You're Paul Krugman in 1998, saying that by 2005 we'll find that "the Internet’s impact on the economy has been no greater than the fax machine’s." Or Dr. Robert Metcalfe (inventor of the ethernet) who said the internet would collapse in 1996. You're the President of the Michigan Savings Bank in 1903 who famously advised Henry Ford's lawyer not to invest in the automaker because "the automobile is only a novelty, a fad." You're the person who has been saying BTC is a scam since it was $0.30 per coin. Hopefully you get the point, and that point is that you're comically wrong. And so, at the very least, I'd probably stay quiet vs. trying to convince everyone doing incredible things with AI that it's some overhyped fad.

Making progress with C-RAG. I'm creating an AI bot to mimic my writing style using my tweets, WhatsApp messages, and emails, powered by LangChain, Weaviate, and OpenAI. What I've done: * Scripted to extract tweets from my archive (tweet, timestamp, is_reply) * Analyzed and categorized tweets with ChatGPT 4 * Corrected missing/wrong categories manually * Developed a basic @weaviate_io management class in Python * Uploaded data to Weaviate Feels like I've just written "Hello world!" 😁 Weaviate was a challenge. Using the v3 client triggers a DEPRECATED warning. The v4 client requires testing and experimentation. The current documentation presumes too much knowledge, even for ChatGPT. A small issue with the X archive: older tweets are limited to 140 chars, leading to truncated replies and retweets due to this limit. The hardest part is still ahead 🤘

It's mindblowing when you realize how much spare time we have if we zoom out. Everyone have 24 hours. Let's say we divide it by 3 in working days 8 for sleeping 8 for life 8 for work In 2024 we have (average by country) 262 working days. This is leap year - 366 days in total. That means you have 104 weekend days. We can go to extreme and take out 2 more hours form working days 262 * 2 / 8. It's 65.5 mor days for work In total, you have 169.5 days for your projects in 2024. It's almost half the year Do you really have no time at all?

You're not where you want to be. And deep down, you know exactly why. For the next 90 days, put the pedal to the metal. I guarantee that if you try hard for 90 days, something special will happen. You can take your foot off the gas when that happens. It worked for me.

You're not the best writer in the world. And that's ok. You don't need to be an award winning writer to succeed on Twitter. Personality and style are all you need to write kick-ass tweets.

I've been on Twitter for 90 days. I've built: • An audience of 3500 • Over 1.4m impressions • A $3k/month coaching business If I had to start again from 0, here's exactly what I'd do. (Clients pay me $350 for this information):

A simple 3-step plan for creating useful content: 1. Pick 1 thing to learn each day 2. Watch a YouTube video on how to do it 3. Choose one important learning & write about it Then, just share your take on it. Extremely simple. Extremely impactful.
