🚨 BREAKING: Alabama prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for all eight people charged in the torture and execution of 20-year-old Mahogany Jackson in Birmingham.
Jackson was handcuffed, stripped, and subjected to hours of abuse that the suspects filmed. She texted family early on February 25 that she was being held hostage. Video later showed her being stomped on, spit on, dragged naked by her hair toward a car trunk, and forced to perform sex acts at gunpoint.
She was shot in the back of the head and her body dumped at a site known locally as “Dead Man’s Road.”
The eight indicted on capital murder, kidnapping, and sodomy: Giovonnie Clapp, Blair Green, Teja Lewis, Si’Niya McCall, Airana Robinson, Brandon Pope, Francis Harris, and Jeremiah McDowell.
Veteran investigators called it one of the most gruesome cases they’ve ever seen.
Prosecutors are moving forward with no mercy.
Death penalty for all of them.

BREAKING: The parents of Briley Lechner, a HS athlete at Monroe Public Schools in Michigan, filed a FEDERAL LAWSUIT against the district for Title IX violations.
The lawsuit claims the district failed to notify parents that the opposing girls’ volleyball team had a male player pretending to be a girl, despite already knowing about the player.
Briley’s team ended up LOSING that game 3-0.

🚨BREAKING: Daniel Penny is fighting BACK!
The Marine veteran who was dragged through a politically motivated prosecution by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is now taking the fight to them.
Bragg charged Penny over the 2023 subway incident involving Jordan Neely — a case that sparked national outrage. After sitting through a highly publicized trial, a jury saw through the politics and acquitted him on ALL charges.
Now the tables have turned.
Penny is suing Bragg and others involved for what he says was a malicious, politically driven attempt to destroy his life.
He stood up on that subway. He was vindicated in court. Now he wants accountability.

NEW: A Haitian illegal immigrant released into the U.S. under the Biden administration allegedly struck two young brothers, ages 6 and 9, with an SUV, killing the older boy just hours before his ninth birthday party, then fled the scene.
Authorities arrested Franck Bazil, 31, as he exited a car wash in Lawrence, Indiana, on Oct. 4 after fleeing the scene. He faces two charges related to leaving the scene of accidents involving death or catastrophic injury and moderate or serious bodily injury.
Bazil crossed the border illegally on Jan. 7, 2024, and was later released into the country, ICE told @realDailyWire, adding that they lodged a detainer with authorities in Indiana.
The 9-year-old, identified as Roland Jerome “RJ” McLain III, died at a nearby hospital.
His grandmother, LaQuisha Moore, said she believes “RJ tried to jump in the way,” adding that “witnesses said he tried to save his brother.”

It is with a heavy heart that I share that 40 year old Officer Shane Seiber has gone to be with the Lord.
Shane leaves behind his wife, a 7-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter.
He was ambushed and m*rdered by a cowardly Black male in Philadelphia.

I have awful news...
Two police officers in Philadelphia were AMBUSHED and shot multiple times.
One of the officers, a 33-year-old father of five, was shot 12 times. The other officer, a 40-year-old father of two, was shot 3 times.
Both are in surgery fighting for their lives.
Please say a pray for these two fathers and their families this morning, this footage is absolutely heartbreaking.

According to their crack team of journalists, keeping your fridge and freezer closed is the best way to keep your food fresh. I had no idea. My whole life I've been leaving the freezer door wide open overnight like an idiot, and nobody in the mainstream media had the courage to warn me until now.
These are the same people who told you for four years that Joe Biden was sharp as a tack. Now they want a Pulitzer for discovering how a refrigerator works. I'm honestly shocked MSNBC didn't lead the evening lineup with it, because this is exactly the level of expertise they bring to every story.

Saddened to learn of the passing of Jim Copenhaver.
Jim was shot twice at the Butler rally on July 13, 2024.
He survived that day, but he never fully recovered from the wounds. For two years he lived with surgeries, remaining fragments, and pain that never left him.
Those of us who were there that day have never forgotten Corey Comperatore, David Dutch, or Jim. Butler County still carries that afternoon.
May he rest in peace.
Prayers for Marianne and the Copenhaver family.

This story out of Conway, South Carolina, is absolutely disturbing.
Nora Rowland went to check on her 75-year-old father after not hearing from him for weeks—only to discover he had died, the locks had been changed, and his caregiver was living in his home.
Nora is now challenging a deed that reportedly transferred her father's house to the caregiver for a stated $5. Bank records reviewed by reporters also reportedly showed money transferred to the caregiver—including transactions after his death.
Her father reportedly suffered from Parkinson's disease and a brain injury and had been considered a vulnerable adult.
The fight over the house is still ongoing, and authorities have investigated the circumstances.
Imagine losing your father and then having to fight just to recover his HOME.
This case needs answers. Period.
