A Texas man accused of killing his pregnant wife cut off his ankle monitor, hopped on a bicycle, and boarded a private jet to Italy before his murder trial — and now the Italian government is dictating the terms of his return.
Italy granted Lee Gilley's extradition only after U.S. prosecutors agreed to drop the capital murder charge tied to the death of his unborn child. No death penalty. No life without parole. The reduced first-degree murder charge carries 5 to 99 years if convicted.
Gilley's defense attorney says an appeal is likely, meaning the man accused of murdering Christa Bauer Gilley could remain overseas even longer. Authorities believe he had help fleeing the country.

Another MASSIVE illegal migrant caravan is headed for America. You better believe if Democrats take control they will do everything possible to undermine Donald Trump to open the border next election

🚨 BREAKING: Another migrant caravan just left Mexico's southern border headed for America, and they're openly hoping Democrats win the midterms, per Julio Rosas.
Think about that. People who want to get into our country illegally already know which party will leave the door wide open.
DHS isn't letting them in under any circumstances. That's what a secure border looks like under President Trump.
If Democrats take Congress, don't be shocked when they go after ICE and DHS funding. An even bigger caravan would be right behind this one.
Vote red like your country depends on it, because it does.

NEW: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that ICE has launched a nationwide operation targeting illegal aliens who have been illegally collecting SNAP benefits, & ICE has made their first handful of arrests, including these four Haitian illegal aliens:
Rubstony Junior Theodore, whose prior arrests include larceny, obstruction of officers, and trespassing.
Wilbert Jean Baptiste, Louis Jean, and Jhensly Charles.
ICE: “These arrests mark the opening salvo in a sustained, large-scale ICE operation specifically targeting illegal aliens who have fraudulently accessed SNAP benefits that American taxpayers fund exclusively for U.S. citizens in need. Every one of these individuals entered the country unlawfully, then proceeded to draw from a program designed to feed struggling American families, in some cases while carrying criminal records”.
@SecMullinDHS statement to FOX:
“Illegal aliens who have no right to be here in the first place are the last people who should be using SNAP benefits and other forms of welfare,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “These programs are for Americans only. Even non-violent illegal alien crime can still have devastating consequences when they’re defrauding the American taxpayer. The illegal alien fraudsters that we’ve already arrested and deported are just a drop in the bucket, and the Trump Administration is committed to going after all these thieves and bringing them to justice.”

🚨LATEST: Michael Saylor says Bitcoin’s NEXT BULL RUN is beginning after a $20,000 rebound from its 200W MA.
“It bounced off the 200-week moving average… we rallied about $20,000 beyond that, so we think we’re at the beginning of the next bull run now,” he told Charles Schwab.
He argues earlier policy pressures and competition for capital from AI are easing, while bank custody, Bitcoin-backed credit, supportive regulatory guidance and tokenization are creating fresh tailwinds.
Saylor says Strategy holds roughly 845,000 BTC and $5 BILLION in cash, putting total reserve assets above $75 billion.

Way too many bullshit lawsuits in this country. Plague status. Huge drag on productivity, costs everyone money even if you never get sued yourself. Drives up everyone's insurance premiums. Makes it harder for everyone to do business. Also creates a general atmosphere of anxiety and mistrust. Fear of getting sued infects every sector.
We need "loser-pays" in more cases, damage caps in non-economic categories, and an explicit good-faith/safe-harbor defense that allows earlier resolution
This is an issue that deserves far more attention than it gets- mostly because scummy plaintiffs' attorneys are big contributors to scummy Democrats

Senior Kremlin officials reaffirmed Russian support for Iran and explicitly defined the United States as Russia’s long-term adversary, despite the recent unilateral US concession to Moscow – offering Russia a diesel export waiver.
Former Commander of the Ukrainian 60th Ingulets Separate Mechanized Brigade Major Dmytro Rohozyuk became the acting commander of Ukraine’s 3rd Army Corps (AC) while Brigadier General Andrii Biletskyi continues to command Ukraine’s Center Group of Forces (GoF) in Donetsk’s Fortress Belt.
Russia launched 165 drones against Ukraine overnight.
Ukrainian forces advanced east of Sumy City, and Russian forces advanced south of Orikhiv.
MORE: Ukrainian forces continue to face in-motion speed restrictions to SpaceX’s low-earth orbit satellite communication technology (Starlink and Starshield) that limit Ukraine’s ability to counter Russian piston engine-driven and jet-powered strike drones.
Ukrainian Presidential Advisor on Defense Technologies Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov stated on October 19 that the 160 kilometers per hour (around 100 miles per hour) in-motion speed restrictions to Ukraine’s satellite internet service as part of the Starshield package remain in place.
Beskrestnov emphasized that the Starshield in-motion speed restrictions disrupt data transmission to Ukrainian drones used to intercept Russian piston engine-driven Geran drones since the helicopters fly faster than 160 kilometers per hour. Beskrestnov noted that the Starshield speed restrictions limit Ukraine’s jet-powered interceptor drones.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on October 19 that Ukraine continues to experience speed restrictions on Starlink and Starshield services in various sectors of the frontline that undermine Ukraine’s frontline logistics, intermediate-range strikes, and counter-drone air defense operations.
Starshield is a more secure, jam-resistant, and military-oriented version of the Starlink satellite network that SpaceX designed for government use, while Starlink serves civilian and commercial purposes. Ukrainian forces do not have access to Starshield or any other Starlink services over Russian territory, as SpaceX has geographically restricted Ukraine’s access to within Ukraine’s international borders.
Data from Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) between July 1, 2026, and October 19, 2026, indicates that the Starshield in-motion speed restriction, which Ukrainian forces first reported on October 14, has significantly degraded Ukraine’s intermediate-range strike campaign targeting primarily Russian logistics across the frontline. ⬇️
