Remember when they told us the 2027 QB class was generational? How quickly things can change. From “Seven QBs could go in the first round” to “I wouldn’t want a single QB in the first” within 6 weeks, and the “can’t miss franchise QB” 3 weeks ago is in danger of being benched

In the past 10 years, the Super Bowl has been won by six different QBs (Brady, Foles, Mahomes, Stafford, Hurts, Darnold). A 6th rounder, a 3rd rounder on his 2nd stint with the team, the 10th overall pick and 2nd QB taken in that class, a former first overall pick that was acquired via trade, a 2nd rounder, and a former 1st rounder labeled a bust that signed as a FA. The last Super Bowl was won by a team featuring the OPTY at receiver. There’s no science that says reaching for a QB in round 1 will lead to any more super bowls than drafting the best player in the draft and acquiring the QB elsewhere.
How many “generational” WRs have helped teams win super bowls?

The best QB in this class wasn’t the 1st pick, or the 2nd, or the 8th. He was drafted in the 3rd round
Picking 8th after the top QBs were off the board is different than being in position to take the best QB available

Dolphins fans will watch what JSN does for the Seattle offense, and with a straight face, tell you that drafting a top WR won’t change the offense

Miami’s special teams unit literally standing there watching the ball bounce in Minnesota’s favor. Gotta be, hands down, the worst unit I’ve ever seen. It’s comically bad

Would love to see Kenyatta Jackson make it to Miami’s 2nd rounder
RUSHMEN ALERT 🗣️ Kenyatta Jackson Jr gets the forced fumble to get us started ‼️

💯
If the proper protocols for replay weren’t followed then the FBS Oversight committee should overturn the result of the game and make Western Michigan the winner of the game against Michigan. Period. End of Story. Saying “hey they got it wrong, but we won’t fix it” only makes it worse and is a slap in the face to the fans of football everywhere.

Took until the final minute of the 3rd quarter for Arch Manning to realize the offense moves better when you throw the ball beyond the line of scrimmage

Just a reminder that the Green Bay Packers have made the playoffs 19 times, won a total of 15 playoff games, and won a Super Bowl, since the last time the Miami Dolphins have won a playoff game. So maybe adding a few players/coaches from their organization isn’t the worst idea?

“It’s not fully up to me. Depends on how long I’m in jail for.” - scumbag
Stefon Diggs on if he wants to play for Patriots next year: “Shit, I hope so.” Notes it’s not fully up to him

Stefon Diggs jumping up and spinning the ball in celebration, while down 3 TDs with 2 mins to go in the Super Bowl, is so funny

I don’t say this often about Bills players, but I genuinely feel bad for Keon Coleman. Wow

If Miami moves forward with Hafley, I’m good with it. If Miami takes a longer look at Shula before rushing into their choice, I’m better with that
