Tay Tay Jenkins' running style is so smooth it looks like a lightning bolt current of electricity slicing down the field with sudden jolts, strikes and cuts on its way to the promised land, leaving a steamy group of ghostly figures in its trail grabbing for nothing but thin air.
*Will Gutz-Bennington - Sensational RB rambled 20 times for 266 yards and 4 touchdowns in the Badgers 47-0 win over Lincoln Standing Bear, elevating over the 1000 Yard Rushing mark for the 3rd straight season.
Tay Tay Jenkins-Omaha Westside-Cruised for 251 yards and 4 TDs on 14 touches in the Warriors 49-7 win over Papillion-LV. That performance lifts him over the rare and coveted 5000 Yard Career Rushing plateau (5,052) and over the 1000 Yard rushing mark for the THIRD time (1,193).
If Trey Sluyter of Oakland-Craig surpasses both the 1000 yard passing AND rushing marks this Friday, he will be the ONLY 8-Man FRESHMAN in HISTORY to pull off that feat. Only one other player, Brandon Holtorf of Prague, did it in 1998 but was playing 6-Man football at the time.
Way to go Quinn Jensen and that Bison O-Line! I'll bet those Coaching tips from Dad helped. I love this!
Surpassed 1,000 Yards Rushing and 1,000 Yards Passing Last Night with 259 on the ground and 122 in the air in a win against Lakeview.
Thanks to these guys for paving the way up front!

Jackson Gangwish of GICC scores one of his 3 rushing TDs against Ord tonight. Gangwish also was a force passing the ball offensively as well as starring on the defensive side of the ball.
This Owen Price sack literally took less than 4 seconds. That's why the GICC junior has multiple Division One offers. Don't hold this one against Jordan Williams. He never had a shot at escaping. Incredible play by Price.
GICC's outstanding Braylon Wolfe picks off a pass then pulls in a reception from Jackson Gangwish and shows some power running in a video I missed a portion of.
More GICC highlights during the 4o-14 win over Ord. Here, Owen Price hits Williams whose altered throw is picked off by Dax Gellatly. 2nd is a sweet 59 yard TD run by Thomas Schneider, one of his 3 on the night.
GICC sped to a 35-14 halftime lead on their way to a 49-14 win over a very fine Ord team. Jordan Williams and Beau Wells are terrific players and the Crusaders had to execute to limit their offensive excellence and did so very well. Here Big Will Maser gets the sack.
7:11 left 12nd Quarter and St. Paul and Gothenburg scoreless. Swedes have lots of penalties already.
Let's check out Gothenburg ay St. Paul Thursday then Ord at GICC on Friday. Next Friday, Oct. 23rd a Sweet DH lines up with Shelby-Rising City/Aquinas at 2 in David City then Ashland-Greenwood at Lakeview at 7:00. Now THAT's Heaven!
I'm so proud of this Gentleman. Kevin Gueurink is one of the finest small college football officials around anywhere. Most know him as Pastor Kevin Guerink of the First Presbyterian Church in Grand Island. You don't see that combination everyday. Keep up the great work my friend!
Hastings College track (sprints) star Kaiden Merryman zips in for the winning TD with 26 seconds left as the Broncos turn back Mount Marty 35-31 in a wild back and forth frey that was a thrill to watch. Merryman is fun to watch as well as many former Nebraska HS standouts.
Sweet early 4th quarter touchdown pass from Hastings College QB Jarrett Synek to Goering. Broncos lead Mt. Marty 28-24 ...11:49 left 4th
