Confusing building the machine with being good at using the machine is one of the easiest mistakes to make in market making. Let's say you're a market maker on Solana. Your actual edge might come from how well you: - pricing an asset - managing inventory - controlling your risk - adjusting your spreads - responding to market conditions - competing for flow Those are the things that can actually make your desk better than someone else's. But if you decide to build your own prop AMM, you suddenly inherit another job of... building the infrastructure itself. And that's where things get pretty interesting. ————————————————— The problem with building everything yourself. ————————————————— Building a proprietary AMM is more than just deploying a smart contract and start quoting. You have to build and maintain the system around it, you need the on-chain exchange logic and so much more. Every hour your engineers spend solving those problems is an hour they aren't spending improving the thing that actually makes your market-making strategy competitive. This is the part that clicked for me when I started looking into @flint_trade_ ————————————————— Why build the road when your business is driving on it? ————————————————— This is where you see how interesting Flint become. Flint is an on-chain, multi-maker prop AMM for USDC-quoted spot markets on Solana. Flint gives you an AMM, however what's more important is, what Flint lets you keep control of. A maker can bring its own quoting strategy, risk parameters and market specific logic while Flint provides the infrastructure underneath. So instead of building an entire trading venue from scratch, your focus can move back to what you're actually good at, (quoting) Flint supports different quoting models, including a CEX style OrderList model and models built around continuously pricing from a fair value. It's very important because market makers don't all think about markets the same way. You shouldn't have to completely redesign your strategy just because you're using someone else's infrastructure. ————————————————— And then there's the multi-maker design. ————————————————— This is probably the most interesting part of Flint to me. Instead of one market maker, one system, one liquidity venue. Flint takes a different approach where, multiple proprietary market makers can quote through the same on-chain infrastructure. Each maker maintains its own quoting logic. When a trader comes in, Flint effectively builds a virtual orderbook by combining the quoting intentions of the different makers and fills against the available liquidity. I need you to think about what that means. You don't necessarily need every market making firm to build its own complete venue just to compete for flow. because your proprietary pricing model remains your edge while the underlying infra becomes something you don't have to recreate from 0. ————————————————— This doesn't mean Flint does everything for you. ————————————————— I think it's important I say this, Flint isn't magic. You still bring the strategy, inventory and risk management. You decide what to quote, where to quote and how aggressively to quote. Flint simply removes much of the infra burden underneath it. And that's important because building your own AMM doesn't end when you deploy it. You also inherit the maintenance, upgrades, integrations and optimization that come with it. Can you build your own prop AMM? Of course you can. But should you? If your edge is building infrastructure, go ahead. But if your edge is your pricing, risk management and ability to capture flow, why spend your resources rebuilding the machine? That's ultimately what makes Flint interesting to me. Shared infrastructure. Independent strategies. Competing for flow. You bring the strategy. Flint brings the rails..

From the video, Albert says; "We’re not building an app. We’re not even building a company. We’re building a protocol.” There's no limit to what's possible on @GenLayer This is why anyone can spin up a prediction market for a few cents, rather than spending thousands of dollars One where smart contracts can rewrite code to solve specific problems Anyone can now build anything easily They're already positioned for the agentic economy takeover.

When it was just the three of us, Albert knew everyone who touched GenLayer. Now thousands of people build on it. The project of our lives became the place where others build theirs. Genesis, Episode 5.

Watching this really impressed me; it explains without a doubt why they've been building the testnet for the past 2 years @GenLayer team has created a tech we haven't seen before A chain with contracts that write tiny programs on‑the‑fly to get exact answers, to get a unique approach to solving every problem, that concept makes the network uniquely reliable The smart contracts can write code to solve smaller problems that larger AI models would make mistakes at. Pretty impressive because most AI models make simple mistakes; it doesn't look like users would have that problem while using GenLayer.

Two years of testnets and still no mainnet. Someone asked what we actually do all day. Fair question. This is the answer. Genesis, Episode 4.

i watch a lot of true crime cases, i've seen the justice system fail a lot of people the case of Anthony Ray Hinton is particularly sad - he was sentenced to death & found innocent 30 years later i've seen it happen time and time again people get sentenced to death & lengthy terms, then found innocent decades later in the near future, we should see AI taking the stage in our justice system & @GenLayer is building the trust layer for AI i'm super curious to see what this future would look like. #JusticeNeedsAnUpgrade

4 years ago, a book changed my approach to trading "Trading in the zone, by Mark Douglas" that book taught me everything i know about trading psychology that's why i agree with @ki_young_ju the more confident you are, the more likely you are to lose money always maintain an objective mindset when trading.

500k people follow Ki Young Ju's charts. Here’s how he actually reads them. @ki_young_ju, founder of @cryptoquant_com , for Blockchain 100. Key takeaways: 1. A chart tells you what, never why He left technical analysis because the price can’t explain itself, and real alpha is seeing what drives a decision before it reaches the chart. 2. Imagine seeing every bank transaction in the world That’s how he described on-chain data to me. All of it is public, and reading it is the hard part. 3. Manipulation has a signature A large deposit from a founder or market maker, then a price spike as they sell into it, and the price never recovers from there. 4. He grades analysts on three things Whether they admit being wrong, whether they bring evidence, and what he calls a clown score, meaning attention-seeking posts versus actual insight. 5. A wrong call isn’t wrong data He called the cycle over in 2025 and said so publicly when it didn’t play out, because the read can be wrong while the data still holds. 6. His next model reads words, not wallets An LLM scores what top analysts are posting, so instead of only seeing what money did, you see what people believe. 7. He barely trades Mostly hedges, and his own approach is spot and DCA, because that’s the best odds if you’re not calculating them yourself. 8. Have principles Decide yours, live by them. By now, I believe it's no news that Solana can be literally swapped on almost any platform. Not EVERY platform though, but you get the point. But the common problem still lingers- "How do I get the best route?" You could open different DEXs and aggregators one by one, compare quotes, check liquidity, then finally decide where to execute. Or… you could let Swap.io do the searching. This, I actually recommend. I actually went through the platform myself and tested the flow, and what caught my attention is that Swap.io isn’t simply another place to swap tokens. It acts as a meta aggregator, comparing routes across multiple liquidity sources and aggregators to help find an efficient route for your trade. That distinction matters. Instead of me manually checking platforms like Jupiter, OKX DEX, DFlow, Meteora, Hashflow and others, Swap.io brings the route discovery into one place. And I wanted to show that in practice rather than just tell you about it. So in the video, I walk through: ➫ What Swap.io actually does ➫ How aggregators work ➫ Why Swap.io’s meta aggregator approach is interesting ➫ A real swap using the platform ➫ How the different routes are considered ➫ And how Season Zero adds XP and leaderboard mechanics around activity. For anyone new to Solana, think of it this way: You tell Swap.io what you want to swap. It searches across the available routes. You choose the quote that makes sense, then execute through your wallet. Very simple eh? ➥Less tab switching. ➥Less manual comparison. ➥More focus on the trade itself. And with Season Zero running with 10K USDC up for grabs, there’s also another reason to actually use the platform rather than just read about it. I made the video to show the product properly, not just shill it. Watch it and see how Swap.io works for yourself. @swap_io @Superteam

Being onchain should never automatically mean being exposed. For years, Web3 has quietly operated under the assumption that if data needs to live on a ledger, it also needs to be broadcasted for the entire world to see. @cifer_security is actively dismantling that assumption. With the Cifer SDK, EVM applications can encrypt sensitive data locally before writing it onchain, while retaining precise control to grant decryption rights exclusively to authorized wallets. That shift changes everything. The blockchain keeps its core superpowers, verification, immutability, and programmability, without forcing applications to sacrifice user privacy for transparency. Developers no longer have to choose between the open infrastructure of public networks and the confidentiality their users expect. Better yet, this is not restricted to a walled garden. The SDK is built to integrate smoothly across major EVM environments, including Ethereum, Base, Avalanche, and Robinhood Crypto. This is where the privacy conversation finally stops being theoretical and starts becoming practical. The next phase of Web3 isn't about exposing everything just because the underlying rails are public. It’s about giving builders and users actual sovereignty over what is seen, who sees it, and when. Onchain doesn't have to mean open to everyone. Privacy can and should be built straight into the architecture. Explore: cifer.network
WHAT IS CIFER? #3 Onchain does not have to mean public. Cifer SDK lets EVM apps encrypt data before writing it onchain, then grant decryption access only to chosen wallets. @ethereum , @base , @avax , @RobinhoodCrypto and more. Try it: npmjs.com/package/cifer-sdk #quantum #resistant

Tldr: here's an easier illustration of what @flint_trade_ is. Let's saw we have 2 different market making teams. Team A, spend months building: > AMM infrastructure > quote infrastructure > transaction systems > market-data systems > monitoring > integrations > maintenance Then they finally get to work on their actual strategy. While, Team B, plug their existing quoting logic into Flint. > They still control their strategy. > They still control their risk. > They still decide how they want to quote. The difference now is they don't have to rebuild the entire venue underneath their strategy. Instead, they can spend their time on the important questions - Where should we price? - How much inventory should we hold? - How wide should our spread be? - How should we react to volatility? - Which markets are worth quoting? - How do we capture more flow? That's basically the difference, One team is building the machine. The other is focused on getting better at using it. The latter is Flint.
