Dear Walmart Ethics and Compliance Team, I am writing to formally request the permanent removal of Pudgy Penguins products from Walmart.com and @Walmart stores due to serious concerns surrounding Luca Schnetzler, also known as Luca Netz, particularly his role in Abstract Chain, which has left hundreds of thousands of users financially harmed, as well as allegations concerning his previous projects and business practices. My concerns are based on my own experience with @AbstractChain, as well as the publicly available information and evidence outlined below. I actively participated in its ecosystem for nearly two years, accumulated millions of XP, and estimate that I spent approximately $30,000 across the ecosystem. I have also publicly documented my personal experience with Abstract Chain in the following post: xitter.cf/silentbuilder3/status/… Throughout this period, Luca Netz and the Abstract team made numerous statements and promises regarding XP, potential rewards, a future token, and the value users could receive for their participation. These promises encouraged users to continue investing their time, money, and effort into the ecosystem for nearly two years. However, Abstract Chain subsequently announced its wind down without delivering on the promises made to its community. Users who had dedicated substantial time, effort, and money to the ecosystem were left without the promised token rewards or meaningful compensation for their accumulated XP. In my view, this represents a serious failure to honor the expectations created by the project's own communications and has left many community members feeling betrayed and financially harmed. I want to emphasize that this is not simply a matter of an unsuccessful project. People spent nearly two years contributing to an ecosystem based on repeated statements and expectations that were never fulfilled. Their financial investments, time, and efforts were effectively left unrewarded. I also urge Walmart to review the following publicly available materials concerning Luca Netz and his previous activities: 1. @NFTherder's Research: "LUCA NETZ: FROM RUG PULLS TO RICHES" This investigation raises serious questions and allegations regarding @LucaNetz's previous NFT projects, claims associated with those projects, wallet transfers, and the source of funds reportedly used in connection with the Pudgy Penguins acquisition: xitter.cf/NFTshepard/status/1710… 2. @horlomite's X Post This post by Horlomite provides additional information and raises further questions concerning Luca Netz and his previous activities. I encourage Walmart to review it as part of its independent assessment: xitter.cf/horlomite/status/17104… 3. Marketing Course Training Footage Training footage reportedly associated with a marketing course sold by Luca Netz is featured in a video published on my own X account. The footage discusses marketing strategies involving charitable appeals, luxury positioning, and purchased social media engagement. I believe this material warrants further examination, and I encourage Walmart's Ethics and Compliance Team to review the video and independently assess its contents: xitter.cf/silentbuilder3/status/… 4. @Nexus_Epoch's Video Summarizing Evidence X user @Nexus_Epoch has prepared and published a video containing summaries of some of the evidence and allegations surrounding these matters. I strongly encourage Walmart's Ethics and Compliance Team to review this material: xitter.cf/Nexus_Epoch/status/211… I understand that allegations and publicly available materials should be independently evaluated and that they do not, by themselves, constitute legal findings. However, the volume and seriousness of these concerns deserve attention, particularly from a major retailer such as Walmart. I do not believe a company with Walmart's reputation should continue providing a retail platform for products associated with an individual facing such serious questions about his business practices and the treatment of his communities. I therefore urge Walmart to: 1. Conduct an independent review of the concerns and publicly available evidence regarding Luca Netz and his associated projects. 2. Reconsider its business relationship with Pudgy Penguins. 3. Permanently remove @pudgypenguins products from Walmart.com and its physical stores. Relevant Links: My Personal Experience with Abstract Chain: xitter.cf/silentbuilder3/status/… NFTherder's Research: "LUCA NETZ: FROM RUG PULLS TO RICHES": xitter.cf/NFTshepard/status/1710… Horlomite's X Post: xitter.cf/horlomite/status/17104… Marketing Course Training Footage, Video Published by Me: xitter.cf/silentbuilder3/status/… Nexus_Epoch's Video Summarizing Evidence: xitter.cf/Nexus_Epoch/status/211… Walmart's Pudgy Penguins Product Listings: walmart.com/browse/pudgy-pen… I respectfully request that Walmart take these concerns seriously, investigate the matter, and provide a written response confirming receipt of this complaint and explaining whether the company intends to take action regarding these products. Thank you for your time and consideration.
In Feb 2025, Luca Netz asked a room in Paris to hold him accountable for Abstract! A month later, Abstract’s lawyers told the SEC a token was “currently under development.” On 6 Oct 2026: no token, no airdrop, and new terms capping what users can recover at $100. The Abstract File 👇

Pudgy Penguins reached out and said "brother we see your takes and appreciate them, what do you think we can do better?" COMPENSATE THE USERS THAT SPENT YEARS OF THEIR LIFE AND MANY THEIR LIFE SAVINGS EARNING ABSTRACT XP I thought it was pretty clear. This is the only solution.

Some say that Abstract is "being responsible" by not launching a token with no pmf. But for years users spent real money on XP with the promise of a token. And these promises helped moon PENGU. Of which the team sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth. Compensate these people.
Luca Netz made me lose faith in Web3. I was on Abstract from day one. I never stopped believing because Luca was behind it, and I trusted his promises. I spent around $40–50K and dedicated nearly two years of my life to it. We were promised a token. They kept our hopes alive until the very end, only to tell us we would receive nothing for the Xp we had earned. After all that time, money, and trust, I feel scammed by @LucaNetz I won’t stay silent

gConso @conso_xyz Been following CONSO for a while and I’m genuinely curious to see how this plays out. What caught my attention is that CONSO BOTS aren’t just collectibles. They’re designed to become part of the network itself. 25% mining boost per BOT, reputation building and more utility as the ecosystem grows. Already looking forward to the Genesis Mint 🐻‍❄️

Fhenix goes mainnet this October. For years, transacting onchain came with a tradeoff: participate in open, composable markets and, with it, surrender the privacy of your financial activity. Dual mode turns what was once an inevitable tradeoff into a property of your asset itself. For the first time, the same asset can be public when you want and confidential when you need- without sacrificing composibility or fragmenting liquidity. The era of dual mode money is here, more soon.

I hadn’t thought about who gets to join being part of the governance itself. But with @TheMutualFun, these are people who’ll eventually be making fund decisions together, so giving existing pass holders a say in applications makes sense to me. Around 72,000 votes before the funds even get going is interesting. I’m curious whether that enthusiasm will carry over to the weekly investment votes, especially when people disagree about what to buy.
"Mutuals" is closed! ~72,000 votes cast. With holders already this eager to engage in governance, it bodes well for our future. Congrats to the 3 with the most yeses; take a seat. @Reaper_NFT, @TheDonDiablo777 & @AlwaysHugo3. All remaining applications will be reviewed now 🪑

I spent years being active on Abstract, putting countless hours, effort and money into an ecosystem I truly believed in. After everything that happened, seeing Quit launch this NFT mint means a lot to me. He did something Abstract itself failed to do. He made the community feel appreciated. Nothing but respect and gratitude for you, Quit. Thank you for recognizing the people who were here all along. 💚 Secondary: opensea.io/collection/abstra…
SOLD OUT! Thanks to everybody that participated and supported. Let the games begin.

🚨 SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT LUCA NETZ AND PUDGY PENGUINS 🚨 Before investing your money in @pudgypenguins NFTs or $PENGU, I strongly encourage you to watch this video and investigate the background of the person leading the project. Luca Netz, legally known as Luca Schnetzler, acquired Pudgy Penguins in 2022 and became the public face of one of Web3's most recognizable brands. But his past deserves far more scrutiny than it receives. In this footage, Luca describes making thousands of dollars a night from events, facing police intervention, and realizing that his age affected his contractual liability. His own words are especially troubling: “I was clocking four, five, six thousand dollars a night probably.” “Then I realized I was getting away with it.” “Because my signature wasn't binding.” “Then the liability would always go back to the owner eventually.” Read those statements carefully. The issue is not whether someone made money at a young age. The issue is the apparent attitude toward accountability and the consequences borne by other people. When someone is responsible for a major Web3 brand involving substantial financial exposure, that attitude deserves public examination. And the questions do not end with this video. Check for more: docs.google.com/document/d/1… You are a scammer Luca Schnitznel. We will never forget or forgive you for what you have done to the @AbstractChain community.

Hey @LucaNetz and @CashBowie , Are you genuinely happy with how things are going and where the community stands today? Please reconsider my post below. If possible, hand the network over to another team willing to carry it forward, or at least don't let the Abstract community's efforts go unrewarded. During the $PENGU launch, you distributed airdrops to hundreds of thousands of wallets, many of which had questionable activity, and proudly presented it as a major achievement. And yes, I believe it was one too. Yet today, you seem to have given up on rewarding the real community members who dedicated months, some even nearly two years, to Abstract. Perhaps you think people will simply forget all of this. But what's being lost here isn't just rewards. It's the trust people placed in you. Remember, Pudgy Penguins reached its ath during the PENGU launch, followed by another major peak during Abstract Season. Whether you choose to view them as separate projects or not, the community has always seen Pudgy Penguins and Abstract as closely connected. That's why assuming the loss of trust in Abstract won't affect the future of Pudgy Penguins could be a serious mistake. It's understandable that a blockchain might not achieve the success everyone hoped for. But that doesn't justify ignoring the efforts of those who believed in it, dedicated their time, and helped it grow. You can shut down @AbstractChain But you should also consider the consequences of losing the trust of the community you're leaving behind. It's not too late. Please bring this chapter to a more respectful and fair conclusion. The community never turned its back on Abstract.
Replying to @LucaNetz
@LucaNetz @CashBowie @AbstractChain shouldn’t end like this. For months, people helped grow this ecosystem by creating content, building products, growing communities, and spending hundreds of hours earning XP, badges, and roles. Just some of the special badges/roles: • Threadoor: 148 • Clippy: 182 • All-Star: 8 • Quant Role : 376 And on the tier side: • Platinum: 2,589 • Diamond: 441 • Obsidian: 92 • Ethereal: 9 Closing the door without giving these people anything in return isn’t right. There should be a meaningful final distribution for XP, tiers, and key badge/role holders. It doesn’t have to be huge; the point is not to let all that effort go completely unrewarded. If Abstract is not going to continue, even handing over or selling the network to another team should be considered. And this won’t only affect Abstract. You may be able to support the Pudgy Penguins floor price for a while, but you can’t buy back community trust the same way. The community never turned its back on Abstract. Abstract shouldn’t say goodbye to its community like this.
