The cryptographic world computer: vitalik.eth.limo/general/202… My attempt to express in somewhat concise terms the true meaning of basically everything planned to happen to Ethereum starting from the fork after Hegota. It's really not just a blockchain anymore. It's a hybrid architecture that combines together blockchains and modern cryptography, to enable much more powerful properties. FOCIL, EIP-8288, Lean consensus, state management, formal verification, advanced mempool improvements (including privacy), and the longer-term specter of obfuscation all mentioned.

A few people asked me how to do deeper research after finding a token on gg: 1. Start by reading the thesis on the post, then go through the caller's @ggdotxyz profile for their other calls, realized pnl and call performance, it'll give you an idea of how early they usually are 2. Head over to the token page and check the basics like liquidity, holders and if it's flagged as a honeypot 3. Check what the team is shipping. If the token has updates enabled on gg you get all their project updates in one timeline, and if they have a GitHub go through it 4. Ask other gg traders in the telegram community chat for feedback on your thesis, we have very strong an opinionated community of 1600+ traders on Telegram 5. Lastly once you're sure about the token, the thesis and the trade post it on @ggdotxyz

The beauty of crypto is that it's highly technical, financial and social at the same time. This attracts people from very different backgrounds, with different worldviews and skillsets. Until now, crypto has mostly focused on finance & tech. Social has been pretty much untapped, with a few exceptions like DAOs, InfoFi & friendtech. These concepts were started by people with totally different profiles: - DAOs: technical academics. The people who built this industry. Super high integrity, want to build a better world, but very detached from their userbase. - InfoFi: finance people (VCs) who believe in numbers, whatever they measure, as long as the number goes up. Own interests > industry. - friendtech: degen devs. People who are their own userbase. They understand the financial motives of their users and the social dynamics of the trenches, and they're able to productize both. The reason we haven't seen more success in crypto social is that humans aren't made to be highly technical, financially savvy and socially skilled all at once. We've been lucky to have all three profiles on one team. It's what enabled us to innovate in crypto social. I'm happy to see the finance people adopting our concepts one by one, after ignoring us for years. Crypto social is still vanilla. The innovation game just started. Same as with InfoFi, people will soon realize what's real and what's fake.

love seeing stuff like this. this chad took the leap on $IMD at 0.09 ETH and now the floor is sitting around $6.6K. this is exactly what we want @ggdotxyz to be about: - finding good alpha early - following people with a real track record - doing your own research - catching opportunities before everyone starts talking about them - make our users happy, help them make money with solid tech. happy for you, sir. more wins ahead! and we’re just getting started. there’s still a lot on the roadmap.
I would really like to give a huge shout out and a big thanks to @RickCrosschain a few months ago he would call the Identity NFT at 0.09 eth, for me it was a huge gamble and risk but I took the leap of faith and now I’m up big time. Thanks Rick, I really owe you one

Remember to touch grass now and then and enjoy the view of real world It’s a lot easier to do if you’re holding thesis coins you bought through @ggdotxyz rather than coins with the lifespan of a pump fun trader

robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd at 3M mc. The founder keeps winning hackathons. Working on a new DeFi primitive for years. Built a whole ecosystem of DeFi products around it. The primitive can potentially completely change how we think about token liquidity & volume.

Liquidity incentives. Most DEXs have them. @StaticsProtocol will not be any different. We are not a ve(3,3) clone, however. I have borrowed a lot from the bribes and gauge systems made famous by Curve and Aerodrome, but this is not the same. Let us look at what we have here. $STATICS has a Gauge Reserve. Each week a % of this reserve is allocated to liquidity rewards. These rewards are then distributed to market LPs who have ACTIVE RANGE liquidity. Each week $STATICS stakers can point their stake at any pool they choose. For example, if I have 100K $STATICS staked, I can direct 50K to Pool A and 50K to Pool B. If I was the only staking allocator in the system, then the weekly rewards budget would go 50% to Pool A and 50% to Pool B. Those rewards are then distributed to the LPs based on active liquidity like a classic gauge. If there is no liquidity to reward those rewards are recycled back through the guage. We also built a bribe system internal to this that allows market creators to choose up to 4 reward asset slots that can be permissionlessly funded. A creator can split these slots between LPs and $STATICS allocators. This creates incentives for LPs as well as stakers to allocate more protocol rewards to your LPs. If a creator wants to attract LPs, they could choose 80% LPs and 20% allocators, for example, and because there are 4 available slots, you are not stuck with one asset for incentives. The Gauge Reserve, which holds the gauge rewards budget, releases a configurable % of its total balance each week. If it is set to 5% and holds 10M $STATICS, the first week would release 500K $STATICS for protocol incentives. This reserve will be perpetually funded by buybacks as well as from trading and activation fees received by the treasury. See, no programmatic burns are starting to make a lot of sense, aren't they? If this reserve grows to 20M and is set to 5%, the next week's reward budget would be 1M $STATICS. So not the same as ve(3,3), but similar and designed from first principles to recycle $STATICS instead of infinite mints and infinite sell pressure. Couple this with the fact that $STATICS is needed to allocate as well as earn standard rewards, and things look real interesting.

easiest way to understand this is to look at the gg leaderboard rn this week alone, @0xcaine_ caught CONDO at 31x, shrUjan caught PRIORS at 21x, @zolboonft caught $HADES at 18x, and TheBoG caught robinhood:0xedbf91223639800bcd5756815caf908df3b890be at 12x. you don’t need to find everything yourself. study who’s consistently early, follow their theses, then do your own DD when something catches your eye. that’s basically how you build your own alpha feed on @ggdotxyz
Someone asked me how to get started finding gems onchain on gg: 1. Start by checking out the top calls on the @ggdotxyz feed, it'll give you an idea of what's hot right now 2. Buy or add everything you like to a gg watchlist and do more research or ask other gg traders in the telegram community chat 3. Go through the gg leaderboard and follow all the top traders based on realized pnl and call performance 4. If you're using an AI agent for running DD, connect multiple useful data sources like gg, defilama etc for better results 5. Lastly head over to the token discovery page and filter through the top gainers page. You can further filter it down by chain and market cap. Once you get the workflow down you'll slowly develop the skill and intuition to spot gems before anyone else. We have an army of gem hunters you can learn from and 50% of our traders on @ggdotxyz are in realised profit This is part of a longer 20+ page guide I'm working on, traders on gg get early access

Pump's 0% fees is just the app fee. Their own docs still list 1.25% on bonding curve trades, and callout rewards pay out on the volume a call drives Callout rewards come out of a pool, and terms say the formula won't be disclosed. Section 13 also says their own staff can trade the coins being called. So when a KOL ropes you in, part of your size is his leaderboard spot and you've got no idea what he's being paid for it @ggdotxyz pays callers on volume too but the entry Mcap is recorded on every call forever, so you can check if he was early or if you were the exit liquidity. Everyone makes mistakes though, not every call is a winner even from the best of us. And a caller on GG could also try to use followers as exit liq. That's why you can also go through his profile to check all their historic calls to learn their win ratio, trading times and profits, and easily see whatever other pattern. No extractor with a valuable name will get away with it for more than a couple trades. That's a THESIS-FIRST social trading design (rather than thesis-second, third or never) and mitigates against extractive KOLs.
