Imagine turning your Tesla screen into an app store where you can play games, check the weather, track satellites, find places around you and do a bunch of other things while parked. Well, someone actually built it and it’s called Frunk Store. Frunk Store is a free app store built specifically for car browsers, with a growing collection of games and useful tools that can run directly from the center screen. And when I say games, I don’t just mean simple browser games. There are retro consoles for playing games you own from Game Boy, GBA and NES, arcade games, a Minecraft-style block builder, classic point-and-click adventures and a lot more. Then there are tools for road trips and camping like weather forecasts, stargazing, satellite tracking, nearby places, internet speed tests and even sleep sounds. What makes this even more interesting is that Frunk Store wasn’t originally built as a crypto project. The developer was simply building the product, then someone from the community created $FrunkStore on Pump.fun to support it. The developer now receives the creator rewards generated by the token and uses it to help fund further development of Frunk Store. As a holder, that’s the part I like the most because there’s actually something being built behind the token and it’s still growing rapidly. And this isn’t a closed project either… Other developers can submit their own apps to the store, which are tested in a real car before being listed. $FrunkStore holders also get early access to some apps and can vote on what gets added next. So when I’m looking at $FrunkStore, I’m not only looking at the token, I’m also watching what the developer ships next. For a project this early, all of these are enough to keep me interested, because if Frunk Store keeps adding apps, attracting developers and getting in front of more Tesla owners, I think $FrunkStore becomes a very interesting project to have a position in.
