A hacker emailed Revolut pretending to be a government agency and asked for customer records.
Revolut believed the email and handed over passport photos, driver's licences, selfies, addresses, and full transaction histories for 680 customers.

Before agents can do commerce for institutions, the infrastructure needs to work. Confidential transactions. Auditability. Sovereignty.
