What’s actually going on in Ukraine is that there is a massive incentive difference between the elites and the people. The former have grown very rich off the hundreds of billions flowing to Ukraine, while the latter’s children are conscripted to die in trenches.

When I see 100 IQ Ukrainian cleaning ladies and 120 IQ UA & RU Gen Z freelancers doing brainrot projects for Western clients - I cannot but think what a relative low point this is for the Eastern Slavic civilization. Went from building nuclear bombs, space exploration and developing accessible high culture to this. Civilizational low point (relative to 100 year moving average). Time to stop blowing each other up.
