New @WikiHouse designs library includes this garden studio pattern, which you can build for yourself for around £18k-20k, and (in most cases) without needing planning or building regs approval. Less hassle than building an extension. -Much- less hassle than moving house.

The structure of the Energy Price Guarantee represents a huge transfer of wealth to the fossil fuel industry from the public purse, a sector that has historically been responsible for creating the climate emergency and one that has funded climate change denialism for decades.
