NEWS: Micron Invests in U.S. Critical Minerals Processing $MU $MTM $MTM.ax $MTMCF
Micron Technology has announced a strategic investment in Indium Corporation to expand domestic critical mineral refining and high-purity materials manufacturing in Rome, New York.
The investment is part of Micron’s broader $3 billion U.S. supply-chain initiative, aimed at securing critical materials for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
Micron and Indium Corporation also plan to establish a long-term supply agreement.
Here’s where Metallium enters the picture:
On March 31, 2026, Metallium announced a binding 10-year offtake agreement with Indium Corporation through its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Flash Metals USA.
The agreement includes automatic five-year renewal periods.
Under the partnership, Metallium will recover critical and precious metals from electronic waste using its proprietary Flash Joule Heating technology. Indium Corporation has agreed to purchase specified recovered metals, including gallium, germanium, indium, copper, tin, and gold.
The company has already secured approximately 4,000 tonnes per year of PCB-rich electronic scrap feedstock through binding arrangements, including with Glencore. Indium Corporation provides a long-term downstream sales channel for the recovered metals.
Now Micron, one of the world’s largest memory manufacturers, is investing in that same downstream partner to strengthen America’s semiconductor supply chain.
While there is no announced direct agreement between Metallium and Micron, the connection is noteworthy.
Metallium is positioning itself as a domestic supplier of recovered critical minerals to an established materials manufacturer now expanding its relationship with a major semiconductor company.

You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits.
What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027.
Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic.
The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change.
Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

I uploaded all of Marc Elias’s podcasts from the past six months that focus on the Supreme Court to NotebookLM. This is what it had to say...
How Progressive Elites are Plotting to Dismantle the American Republic
A coordinated, apocalyptic narrative is currently being pushed by prominent progressive lawmakers, legal scholars, and activists, revealing a terrifying blueprint to completely dismantle the foundational institutions of the United States. Claiming that the nation is on the "precipice of absolute tyranny," these left-wing figures are actively utilizing extreme fear-mongering to justify an unprecedented structural power grab. Under the guise of "saving democracy," this coalition is telegraphing a highly alarming agenda: delegitimizing the Supreme Court, ruthlessly weaponizing the executive branch, and eradicating state-level election integrity measures to secure permanent progressive rule.
The Calculated Destruction of the Supreme Court
The most immediate target of this radical movement is the United States Supreme Court, an institution the left now openly despises for adhering to the Constitution rather than bending to progressive political demands. Rather than accepting judicial outcomes they disagree with, these activists are waging a relentless smear campaign to obliterate public faith in the judiciary. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse aggressively dismisses the Supreme Court as a "captured court" controlled entirely by "right-wing billionaire barons". Echoing this dangerous contempt, Senator Richard Blumenthal has labeled the conservative majority as nothing more than a bunch of "politicians in robes," framing their lawful rulings as a national disgrace. Representative Jamie Raskin goes so far as to describe the highest court in the land as illegitimately "gerrymandered and cracked and packed".
This relentless demonization is not merely rhetorical; it is the deliberate groundwork for a radical institutional takeover. Harvard Law Professor Nicholas Bowie openly suggests that if the public disagrees with the Supreme Court, Congress could simply strip the Court of its jurisdiction or artificially "change the number of justices" to secure preferred liberal outcomes. Progressive commentators like Dahlia Lithwick openly mock the concept of "American exceptionalism" and express disbelief that the United States continues to allow lifetime tenure for its highest jurists, unfavorably comparing America to other nations. To immediately enforce this ideological purge, Senator Whitehouse has explicitly proposed implementing retroactive 18-year term limits to forcibly and immediately remove sitting conservative justices from the bench.
The Hypocritical Weaponization of the Justice System
The glaring hypocrisy underlying this progressive agenda is most apparent in their explicit plans to weaponize the Department of Justice against their political opponents. Throughout their rhetoric, progressive figures hysterically accuse Republicans of plotting to use the federal government for retribution. Yet, progressive legal operative Marc Elias openly demands that a future Democratic president abandon institutional norms and use the DOJ as a proactive partisan weapon. Elias explicitly states that Democrats must abandon any nostalgic desire to return to the "moderate governance" of the Barack Obama or Joe Biden eras. Instead, he shockingly urges the left to learn directly from Donald Trump and "be willing to use all of the tools that he was willing to use". Elias complains bitterly that Merrick Garland's DOJ only brought a pathetic five voting cases, demanding that a new Democratic administration use the Department of Justice "proactively" to enforce progressive electoral mandates. This proves that the left's professed concern for "democratic norms" is a calculated fraud designed to disarm their opponents while they load their own institutional weapons.
The Federal Erasure of State Election Integrity
This authoritarian ambition extends directly into the complete federalization of the American electoral system. Progressive leaders are actively plotting to strip individual states of their constitutional authority to manage free and fair elections. Elias has shockingly suggested that Congress could bypass state legislatures entirely to enact a nationwide electoral map, enforce "proportional representation," or mandate a sweeping "nationwide pre-clearance requirement". Election law professor Nicholas Stephanopoulos similarly praises proportional representation as a "great appeal" because it practically guarantees outcomes for specific political and ethnic groups, eliminating the need for competitive litigation.
Meanwhile, common-sense election security measures are hysterically maligned to justify this massive federal intervention. Representative Dan Goldman fiercely attacks the SAVE Act, a basic bill simply requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote, as a malicious "voter suppression bill" and an illegal "poll tax". Goldman incredibly claims that ensuring non-citizens do not cast ballots is a "non-problem" and a mere scam designed to disproportionately impact poor and minority Democratic voters. Similarly, the progressive legal machine views standard, uniform election deadlines... such as requiring mail-in ballots to actually arrive by Election Day... as a calculated plot to disenfranchise voters, actively fighting in court to force states to count ballots arriving days after the polls have closed. Any effort to secure the ballot box or finalize a timely vote count is immediately smeared by these figures as an authoritarian effort to "stop the count" and steal an election.
The Deliberate Erosion of Constitutional Checks and Balances
Even the fundamental separation of powers established by the Founding Fathers is under attack. Representative Raskin bizarrely argues that the concept of three "co-equal" branches of government is a myth, famously insisting that "co-equal is not even a word". By asserting that Congress possesses ultimate, unrivaled legislative supremacy over the executive and judicial branches, the progressive left aims to bulldoze any constitutional checks on their legislative authority.
Driven by apocalyptic delusions of a "totalitarian seizure of power" by the right, this coordinated progressive movement is not trying to save American democracy. By their own explicit admission, they are broadcasting their intention to shatter the independence of the Supreme Court, hijack the Department of Justice, and rewrite the rules of every election to ensure a permanent, unchallengeable progressive grip on the nation."
Nikolas Bowie is the most plausible single candidate for the documentary source of the Shadow Papers. If he is not the direct source, the source is almost certainly inside his network.
The Times published seven memos from the February 2016 Clean Power Plan stay deliberation. Six justices. Roberts twice. Breyer, Kagan, Alito, Kennedy, Sotomayor once each. Six of the seven look identical in format. Chambers letterhead. Initials or signature at the bottom.
The seventh does not. The Sotomayor memo carries no chambers letterhead, no signature, no initials, and a date of February 16, three days after Scalia died, when every other memo in the packet runs February 5 through February 9. Either the date is a typo for February 6 and the memo was printed later on plain paper from a chambers working file, or it is a non-circulated draft Sotomayor wrote after Scalia died that never went to conference. Both readings point at one chamber. Whoever handed this memo to the Times had access to something that did not travel through the normal distribution.
Sotomayor's four OT 2015 clerks were Easha Anand, Nikolas Bowie, Bridget Fahey, and Matt Shahabian. Three of them have gone quietly into appellate practice and doctrinal scholarship. Anand runs the Supreme Court litigation clinic at Stanford. Fahey teaches federalism at Chicago. Shahabian is in private practice. None has built a public career against the Court.
Bowie has. For five years he has been building the most developed academic case in the country for dismantling Supreme Court power, with the shadow docket as a named reform target. His 2021 testimony to the Biden Commission called the Court "antidemocratic." His 2021 Harvard Law Review Foreword, titled Antidemocracy, runs the length of a short book in service of the same thesis. In October 2024 he co-authored a New York Times op-ed with Daphna Renan titled "The Supreme Court Has Grown Too Powerful. Congress Must Intervene." His Liveright book with Renan, Supremacy: How Rule by the Court Replaced Government by the People, lands September 15, 2026. Seven weeks before the midterms. He sits on the board of People's Parity Project.
And he has not kept the playbook theoretical. In 2023, on Elie Mystal's Contempt of Court, Bowie walked through the specific mechanisms Congress could deploy to disempower the Court… jurisdiction stripping, funding control, supermajority requirements on Court orders, the entire menu. He told Mystal the obstacle is not legal but cultural. "It's just a question of what do you think you could politically do to reassert democracy."
Then there is the Kantor relationship.
On February 2, 2026, ten weeks before the leak, Jodi Kantor published a front-page Times piece on Chief Justice Roberts's new nondisclosure agreements. Bowie was the closing quote.
"If the public were aware of how much of the deliberations affecting millions of people are made by 27-year-olds after happy hour, they'd be shocked."
Ten weeks later, Kantor and Adam Liptak showed the public exactly how those deliberations happen.
Days before the drop, Bowie appeared on a Harvard Law School panel titled Why I Changed My Mind, seated between Samantha Power and Yochai Benkler, moderated by Jonathan Zittrain. On that stage, in front of a live audience, he anchored himself to the exact term the leaked memos are from.
"I clerked on the Supreme Court in 2016 and I was there when Justice Scalia died."
Then he told the audience the Court cannot be reformed through normal means.
"I'm actually probably never going to see a liberal Supreme Court in my lifetime, absent any kind of really a change from without."
A change from without.
Put the pieces together. A four-year Kantor-Liptak source operation running successive inside-the-Court exposures. Roberts's late-2024 NDAs covering only current personnel, leaving the 2015-era clerk cohort beyond their reach. The Dobbs investigation precedent proving the Marshal's office cannot identify leakers. Bowie's named role as Kantor's closing quote in the precursor piece. The forensic tell in the packet pointing at Sotomayor's chambers specifically. His own words days before the drop placing him in that chamber during that term.
The Shadow Papers advance the Bowie-Renan-Vladeck-People's Parity Project agenda with a precision that demands explanation.
In my reading, the pattern is most consistent with Bowie's involvement.
