Ukraine was winning the war, so Trump kneecapped Ukraine to help Russia. I wish it weren’t that simple, but it is. Our president is in bed with our enemies.

After a bipartisan meeting with President Zelenskyy, it is clear that the Trump Administration is acting in direct contravention of the legislation Congress enacted last month providing for sanctions against Russia. As a result, we must pass bipartisan legislation that imposes sanctions on Russia with no waiver being allowed.

The russians have "only" murdered hundreds of thousands of people. This despicable bastard is fine with that. Nauseous.
Trump: "Russia, frankly, has been fine on Ukraine. They haven't been doing much."
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Trump's remarks were made the same day Russia conducted a drone strike killing six civilians including children in a Kharkiv region park, plus missile and energy infrastructure attacks leaving hundreds of thousands without power. kyivindependent.com/what-russias-d… kyivindependent.com/russian-drone-… kyivindependent.com/russia-strikes…

Trump has now not only cut ballistic warnings from Ukraine, but now even the Patriot interceptors Europe paid for. Ensuring that Putin can more effectively massacre Ukraine's civilian population is now the core the Trump's "peace efforts", which just happens to be Putin's exact goal. No one should question that Putin is now writing even the most intricate details of U.S. policy.

Too clever by half. He correctly notes that Ukraine cannot give up its fortress belt because that'd give the Russians a "straight shot into Kyiv." Yet he insists the war is just about 11% of territory. No, the lie is in his explanation: Putin wants the 11% at the negotiating table because he cannot take it on the battlefield; and he wants it because it gives him another opportunity to make a play for Kyiv at a later date. The Russians don't want to end the war, they want the U.S. to create the more amenable conditions for the continuation of the war in future. The tragedy of Rubio is that he's in better command of the facts than anyone else in this administration but he nonetheless ends up acting a mouthpiece for policies he knows are wrong.
Rubio: The war in Ukraine is about one region, Donetsk. Russia occupies all but about 11% of it. Ukraine's line there is its last defensible one: beyond it, a straight shot into Kyiv. Russia demands all of Donetsk, including that line, as its definition of victory. 1/

russia has run into serious problems with its offensive in Donbas, where its forces have become bogged down. One of the main reasons was that russian logistics had been crippled by Ukrainian drone strikes. This campaign depended heavily on Starlink terminals operating on high-speed Ukrainian drones. russian military command identified this as a critical problem and approached the American side, asking it to restrict the speeds at which Starlink terminals could operate. The argument was simple: there would be little public backlash because the US could still claim that Starlink was operational and that the service was still being provided. The Trump administration agreed to the restrictions, effectively solving a critical battlefield problem for Russia. As a result, russian logistics in Donbas are now safer, and Ukraine has lost an important advantage on the battlefield.

So you're saying you have no idea what the truth of the real nature of this war is right now. So why not shut up about it?

So now the US ambassador to the EU is reportedly threatening “devastating” retaliation if Europe restricts SpaceX from parts of its market?🇪🇺🛰️ What in the Trump America hell? SpaceX and Starlink do not have a global monopoly, and Europe has every right to decide who operates in its own market. This is a how democracy works, not a technocracy run by Elon Musk or anyone else. Enough is enough!

Trump is so angry that Ukrainians won’t surrender and die quietly so he and his friends can make money with Putin.

Reminder, this all started with Jared Kushner "finding" an island.
The Supreme Court burns to the ground in Albania, Parliament and the Department of Education has been stormed, the Prime Minister is in hiding and the country is effectively in the hands of the rebels. Albania rejects blatant corruption and their country being sold.

I fully agree with @BorisJohnson. We need strategic clarity. Russia’s defeat in its war of aggression is the only way forward.

People are not giving Obama, Biden or Merkel the credit they deserve for allowing Russia to hang on long enough for Donald to surrender to us.

The Zhytomyr Highway, west of Kyiv. The Battle of Kyiv, 2022. Yes, this is just one of the many, horrifyingly many, charred graveyards left behind by Russian military columns destroyed and burned by Ukrainian forces. Back then, those columns were literally surrounding Kyiv from multiple directions. I remember how, at another location along the same highway, closer to the city, there were entire junkyards of destroyed Russian military vehicles and wreckage. It seemed like there was an overturned tank with its turret blown off every ten meters. And now they're trying to sell you this catastrophic defeat of Russia's elite forces outside Kyiv as some kind of "Oh, the Russian tanks just took a wrong turn and got stuck in the mud. Otherwise, they would've taken Kyiv in a matter of hours." Please, don't let anyone make morons of you.

We thought Mueller would expose him but Barr stepped in, or Jack Smith would indict him but Cannon stepped in, or Congress would impeach and convict him but McConnell stepped in, or the judiciary would stop him but SCOTUS stepped in. It’s up to us. #VoteBlueToSaveDemocracy

Several key figures tied to the Jeffrey Epstein network have died under sudden or heavily scrutinized circumstances, directly halting investigations or testimonies with potential political or legal implications for Donald Trump and his inner circle: - Thomas Bowers: The former Deutsche Bank executive oversaw the division that approved over $360 million in high-risk loans to Trump. He died by suicide in November 2019 as federal and congressional investigators began subpoenaing the bank for Trump's financial records. - Jean-Luc Brunel: The French modeling scout lived in Trump Tower during the 1990s and managed a recruitment network that overlapped with social circles linked to Trump's modeling agency. He died by suicide in a Paris prison cell in February 2022 prior to facing trial. - Simon Andriesz: The former BGC Partners managing director died by suicide in Thailand in September 2026. As a whistleblower, he leaked documents to the FBI and lawmakers showing that Trump ally and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick maintained active business discussions with Epstein longer than publicly claimed. - Virginia Giuffre: The prominent American-Australian survivor died by suicide at her Western Australia home in April 2025. While her legal actions primarily targeted Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell, her public warnings and sudden death became a central focus of public skepticism and a subsequent police review regarding the safety of high-profile witnesses. I’m sure this tweet will barely get any views too, especially if I add that the Trump Putin criminal outfit is responsible for Lindsey Graham’s death. Wolf

1,800 Patriots burned in 7 months. The Army got 1,795 in 19 YEARS. That’s not defense—that’s a bonfire of $5M missiles while Hegseth screams “fake news” and Lockheed builds 1.7 a day. 🤡 The general who warned us? Fired.
