Where To Drink It: Grocery Post, North West London.
Inspired by their childhood visits to corner shops, where they’d spend their pocket money on sweets and slushies, Grocery Post founders James Bostock & James Cartwright set out to create their own 21st Century version in 2020.
We’ve worked with both James’ and the wider team to develop two separate roasts, one for black drinks and another for milk, which are available in the hoppers at both locations on an ongoing basis.
Introducing Maidy Cocanegra, our latest seasonal filter release.
At just 21, Bocanegra is fairly new to the world of specialty coffee cultivation, but this mixed cultivar lot of Castillo and Papayo speaks of great things to come: workshopcoffee.com/products/…
Introducing Reset Half Caff. Designed for productive afternoons and restful evenings, our newly available perennial coffee is roasted to be suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.

Comprised of high quality outturns from small-scale producers in Colombia’s Huila region, 50% of the coffee has undergone the sugar-cane E.A. decaffeination process.
We find ourselves drawn to reset in the afternoons & evenings — a chance to reset and remain on an even keel throughout the remainder of the day.
Reset is available in our online shop now: workshopcoffee.com/products/…

Introducing our second Ecuadorean lot of the season, Finca Los Pinos, produced by William Abad & Ana Jiminez in Zumba, right at the south of the country & close to the border with Peru.
Coffee production is a family endeavour at Finca Los Pinos. William, his father and his three brothers undertake crop husbandry practices tasks, while Ana Jiminez & William’s mother oversee the selection of cherries at harvest time and manage the drying areas.
The results of their collective efforts shine through in the final cup, which is wonderfully clean & juicy:

Alongside our usual line-up of rotating single origins, we’re currently showcasing Lisbeth Quispe Gesha in our Fitzrovia Coffeebar. An opportunity to sample this small, unique & beautifully complex coffee from Peru, it’s being brewed by-the-cup using the Clever Dripper.
Expect playful tropical notes like tinned pineapple, toasted coconut, cream soda with elegant flavours of geranium & burnt lemon — reflective of the Gesha cultivar’s genetics & environment it was grown in.
Also available in our online shop (for now): workshopcoffee.com/products/…
