This marks the completion on 54 modular, strategically arranged apartments built with shipping containers in a formerly undeveloped, city-owned lot located off the intersection of the 110 and 105, with a grey water system and a “Living Lung” to help with noise/air pollution.

Holos Communities broke ground with city officials and funders on the future home for Loma Verde on 5/16. With 18 units in a 4,500 single family lot, Loma Verde sets an example in bringing density using available land in the City of Los Angeles. Read more: la.urbanize.city/post/afford…
