We forgot to take a break yesterday at #WeAreDevelopers.
Not because Booth #20 was busy.
Because the questions were good.
People moved quickly from “What does this do?” to:

I was at #WeAreDevelopers conference for 2 hours today, from 1:30 to 3:30. During that I did 4 media engagements, none was preplanned. Yes, some days are just productive! One of these engagements was talking to the show’s host team member, Josh Shulman, @MKTMeetsDEV of @WeAreDevelopers. We had a great discussion about the show and the developers’ sentiment wrt AI. I will post video next week.

Plot twist: the best part of an AI conference isn’t the AI.
It’s the people.
Day 2 at #WeAreDevelopers:
• Great conversations
• New friends
• People rethinking real problems
• A conference-floor dog
• Cappuccino > the John Romero book-signing line
• A temporary tattoo my daughter hates and my son supports
• A meeting pod I now want on my back porch
• One VERY large new mascot friend
And somewhere in between, people told us AxiomStudio could materially change how they and their companies work.
That made me stop.
We spend so much time building that it’s easy to forget why we build.
AI may be changing **how** we build.
People are still **why** we build.
