Hopelessness and despair is not an option over here from my home.
They are in extreme need, they are overwhelmed with fear, they are afraid of the famine they're facing. And the rain. And the cold.
Trying to alleviate that is what I'm doing on here 24/7.
Trying to provide warmth and nourishment for these people that I care about. Their lives are valuable, especially the children two of them were born after this nightmare started.
They don't know anything else. It's incredibly, horribly heartbreaking.

In Gaza, we no longer live as individuals, we live as one family holding each other.
I am a young man from Gaza, holding my little niece in my arms, trying to protect her from the sounds of bombs, from fear, and from hunger.
She smiles because she doesn't understand what's happening around her, and I hide my fear with a smile for her.
She did not choose this war. We did not choose it. All we want is for this little baby to sleep safely, with warm milk in her belly.
Please don't forget us. We are trying to stay compassionate despite everything, I even feed the stray dogs around us because hunger doesn't know the difference between human and animal.

Florida Republican Mike Caruso, who sponsored antisemitism hate-crime bills like HB 269, was arrested in August 2026 on felony charges including lewd molestation of his young grandson (under 5).
The affidavit alleges he isolated the boy on a 2025 cruise, put his penis in the child’s mouth, and urinated in it, plus earlier incidents. He pleaded not guilty
