when your beginner is learning to pass, have them pass to him/her-selve, and then set to you - ball control !

play left-handed for once. or right handed (if you're a lefty). It will teach you a lot!

sand volleyball is more a state of mind than a game.. its a way to approach life... plus, your hands need to improve!
how long is your drill list? the list of things you need to improve.. the one that grows after every loss.. you have one, don't you?
