@DeltaAssist now waiting over 40 min from when de planing at JFK on Flt 1085 and not a single bag has come out. What's going on?

@DeltaAssist flight 5141 today was worst flight ever. No AC, 40 min for door to open after parking at gate and unstable jetway. Not happy.
Initially annoyed w/ @Delta for canceling my flight needlessly, but had a great experience with a customer service rep that smoothed it out.
Though I am in stuck in Canada at the moment, it's been a great few days w/ our friends & partners @acquisio. Congrats on an awesome Summit!
