Thank you to Insurance Business Magazine for covering our latest news of launching an admitted carrier.
Corgi is built to be full-stack, and we look forward to expanding what we can write on this paper as we bring more products to market.

Not an SF native and working in startup culture means most of my time is spent working rather than actually exploring the city I live in.
One thing I really appreciate about Corgi is that every once in a while, we get to step away from work and go on fun company outings. This time it was the SF Zoo!
Little things like this make me appreciate the team and give me a chance to experience more of SF outside of the tech bubble 🤓

A few weeks ago our leadership team was in a group chat talking about which states we should open up new Corgi offices and which colleges to recruit from.
We decided to place bets across the country, and send some of our best people to state schools (where most startups traditionally overlook).
Fast forward to today. We’re on the corgi bus (yes, a school bus wrapped in bright orange with a photo of our office dog) on the interstate highway heading to recruit salespeople from SEC schools to join us.
We’re leaving 1 sales lead behind in each state to train and build out the team. Some of yall don’t know this, but we already have 10 offices nationwide + UK.
Next up:
- University of Tennessee
- Vanderbilt University
- University of Georgia (SIC 'EM)
- Georgia Institute of Technology
- University of Miami
- University of Florida
- Florida International University
- University of Alabama
- Louisiana State University
- University of Texas Austin
- Texas A&M University
Graduate with career experience, not just a job offer.

We don’t have a recruitment team.
Our business is growing so fast we can’t hire fast enough. So a handful of sales and marketing leads are buckling up in a corgi bus on a nationwide college tour.
Some are saying this is the b2b SaaS version of the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile.
Of course our Chicago office dog, Napoleon, is tagging along. He’s a crowd pleaser. Next stop: Knoxville, Tennessee

I brought 1 book on our nationwide college tour.
I’m often asked, “what’s it like working for Corgi?” The answer is in this book.
80% of our first 50 hires are high energy ex-founders. We’re very strong willed, opinionated, and have agency to drive our business forward.
Our founders unblock and abstract problems from us so we can run.
I feel like I was passed the ball at the 20 yard line joining Corgi.
My job is to wake up everyday and run the ball.

Hi everyone! For those who don't really know me or what I do at @UseCorgi , I figured I'd give a little intro!
I work on our weekly digital newsletters and Corgi Times, including the physical newspapers we have at the café (Email me if you’d like to be featured in our next issue!), I also run our SF Instagram, help out with events here and there, and I'm involved in a bunch of other side projects around Corgi, so I guess you could say I'm a jack of all trades 😏
Some fun facts about me: We started printing our newspapers in house because I somehow figured out how to work the printer. I'm also the one who brought Diana, our office jumping spider! Before Corgi, I've worked in startups for about 5 years and used to be a content creator back in LA.
Let's connect! Feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] :)

From my first meeting w/ @nico_laqua I noticed his natural ability to lead.
Every time he spoke, the entire team looked at him with admiration.
He was only 23 at the time, and his team was ready to follow him into disrupting a market as big as insurance.
A caliber of founder you truly don’t meet everyday.
PS: Here's a pic from that meeting.
The @taiwanplusnews crew came to visit and do a story on @emily_yuan_ and the company today 🎥
Can't wait to see it!
