Today my daughter posed a question while looking at spaces in the bronx, "Dad, why do you want another studio when you already have two?*. Me: "Because I want to be able to provide enough spaces and opportunities for other people's dreams to come true".

*I always hated the term BIPOC. I worried/worry it will reduce all minoritized experiences to a monolith. Grouping us together to make it easier to be ignored by people that didn’t care about us anyway. #Creators4BIPOC
