Last week I had the absolute pleasure of going to my first ever Toronto After Dark Film Festival (@TADFilmFest) and got to see 11 new movies with an awesome crowd! Planning to have a longer review soon but here's my personal ranking of all the films I saw (and no duds!) #tadff
I keep on seeing ppl saying street fighter is getting glazed but I also haven't seen a single positive review... Wrong algorithm maybe?
I actually really like how ever since losing Venom, Scorpion hasn't been able to stick to a single look. He's swapping his tech more consistently than any other villain, and even if it's just artists having fun, it's still a fun character bit - he's always trying to upgrade.
None of this is at all surprising lmao
STREET FIGHTER general press screenings will only happen late Wednesday afternoon, review embargo may not be lifted until Thursday.
We’re now lowering its domestic debut projection to $22-29M
Sales are weak, so this may be some kind of OTHER MOMMY trick.
This doesn't happen too often but I think they advertised the Street Fighter movie too early. Not in a "trailer looked bad" way but more the "there's not enough here to generate hype that will last 5 months until the movie releases" way
I mean that recent leak was most likely bullshit but the pieces are theoretically there - I give it a 30% max tho
Wolverine sounds mediocre as hell but also incredibly fixable tbh - not saying this is anywhere close to a 2077 situation, but many of the critiques I've heard feel quite patchable
Can't wait to get 30 straight minutes of battery life in the Ocarina remake 🤩 #zelda40
If anything else Duskblood having "Holiday 2026" when December and January already have release dates feels incredibly improbable lol
Cineplex plz release more Onslaught times asap I need more Wingard and there's no Toronto showings yet 😭
