Successful people start with two core beliefs: the future can be better than the present, and I have the power to make it so.

Choose to be happy
Happiness, the Stoics tell us, comes from within. It's a choice. As Seneca put it: "Everything hangs on one's thinking...A man is as unhappy as he has convinced himself he is."

Underrated relationship advice: Stop keeping score. Who called last. Who picked up the last check. Who apologized. Who did more. Whatever. Healthy relationships aren’t always 50/50. Sometimes they’re 90/10. Sometimes 25/75. They just need to add up to 100. It’s a partnership.

When you grow up poor, you think it’s normal to regularly struggle with health issues of all sorts, then if you are lucky enough to escape your circumstances and build your way up, you realize that most of those “health issues” naturally disappear once you remove the constant financial stress, the self-doubt generated by playing games that are stacked against you, and the relationships that you were forced to maintain just because you had no other choice.

MENTAL STRENGTH ISN'T LOUD. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS:
1. You stop expecting from people what they were never able to give.
2. Life is unfair, and you keep moving anyway.
3. You never beg for love. What's real stays without being chased.
4. You feel everything, but your emotions don't drive.
5. Everyone panics, and you stay calm. That's power.
6. You stop taking things personally. Most of it was never about you.
7. You leave toxic people and don't look back.
8. While others complain about the problem, you're already fixing it.
9. You believe in yourself when nobody else does.

there is not a world where I do not prevail.
I am willing to be wrong about nearly everything except my willingness to keep going. I know there will be moments that expose how much I still have to learn and moments that will make me question whether I am capable of what I am attempting. I will keep going until I have given this life a chance to become everything I believe it can be.

what separates the relentless from the merely busy is clarity of target. the busy are in motion without direction, confusing activity with progress. the relentless have identified, with precision, the thing they are chasing. and every action either closes the distance or is discarded. there is no wasted motion in the relentless pursuit, only sacrifice that has been deemed necessary.

Most people think they have a “stubborn lower belly”…
It’s actually just anterior pelvic tilt.
This 2-minute routine fixed my posture, reduced the lower back arch, and made my midsection look flatter without losing a single pound.
Do these every day. Your body will thank you.

Ever wonder why Malaysia’s national debt suddenly jumped to over RM1 TRILLION a few years ago?
Here’s the plain truth about how Najib’s era set that trap, explained simply:
1/ Imagine your parents set a strict rule: you cannot borrow more than RM550 on your credit card. That is your legal limit (the 55% debt-to-GDP cap).
If you swipe RM600, everyone sees you broke the rules.
2/ So what did the government do instead? They used off-budget debt ie basically a massive financial loophole.
Here is how the game worked:
a/ The "Ghost" Companies (SPVs)
Instead of the government borrowing money directly, they set up separate government-owned companies (like DanaInfra or Prasarana) to take out massive loans for mega-projects. On the official books, the government looked clean and stayed safely under the legal limit.
b/ The Co-Signer Trick (Government Guarantees)
Banks won't lend billions to an empty shell company without proof. So, the Treasury quietly signed "Government Guarantees." Think of it like your dad co-signing your car loan. If the company couldn't pay, guess who legally HAD to pay every single cent?
The taxpayer.
These guarantees skyrocketed from RM69 billion to nearly RM240 billion under Najib.
c/ The Rental Trap (PFI & PPPs)
Instead of paying upfront to build things like police stations or universities, the government got private companies to build them, then signed 20- to 30-year "lease" contracts worth over RM200 billion. It didn't count as official debt on paper, but it’s a locked-in bill future generations must pay every month, no matter what.
d/ The 1MDB Disconnect
Normally, when a country borrows money for a highway or a train, the train actually exists and helps the economy grow. With 1MDB, billions were borrowed with government backing, but the cash was drained into offshore shell accounts, yachts, and luxury real estate. Zero economic return, but taxpayers are still paying back the loan principal and interest today.
When the curtain was pulled back in 2018, the official debt wasn't just RM687 billion.
Once you added the off-budget guarantees and the hidden long-term lease bills, the real bill handed to the next generation was RM1.08 TRILLION.
e/ Official limits look neat on paper. But off-budget debt meant the country was maxing out secret credit cards in our name all along and our generation is the one stuck paying the monthly installments.
Question:Are you sure you want Ministers who served under Najib & those equally responsible for the hidden debts to be in our post GE16 Cabinet?
