If you ask us to sum up the last 2 years, all we can say, is it’s been a movie filled with crazy plot twists, unforgettable moments and a cast of characters who have become the core of our story & help us define The Pivot🙏

“It was one night, I had all this emotion built up from everything and I just screamed and I cried…” Cornell Young
The darkest and toughest moments often give way to the most beautiful days ahead, even if we can’t see it in the moment, we keep faith that it’s coming. Cornell shares his biggest pivot with us and the power it carried.

When you listen to @cytheiv, the wisdom is undeniable, & it was built through adversity.
C. Young is a man of integrity and a man of his word. He moved to LA based on someone else’s promise, only to find himself homeless. He lost his apartment, eventually his car, slept in stairwells, and showered at gyms.
But he never lost his gratitude. Every night, he thanked God for what he had and promised that if he was ever blessed with more, he wouldn’t change.
Looks like he kept that promise.

“I remember on. (Shavon) she broke my heart”- @cytheiv
Cornell Young had the Aunties checking their DMs after his appearance on “The Shop,” where he revealed his love for older women.
Unfortunately, that love story came with heartbreak when he was just 11 years old. He was crushing on his sister’s friend until she returned from college with a boyfriend… but apparently, that never changed his type.
Don’t worry, Cougars & Panthers, Cornell is still very much in the game. 😂

“I just watch people and I pray everyday to God for discernment…” Cornell Young
Fame can change your life overnight, but can you stay true to yourself?
We see the “now’ and never truly know someone’s story or struggles of the how-they-got-here moment…From navigating Hollywood as a rising star to stepping into the legacy of the A Different World remake, Cornell gets REAL with Ryan, Channing and Fred about protecting his peace, staying grounded, and making sure success never costs him who he is.
And he's not holding back when it comes to the darker times, the difficult moments, dating older women, personal growth, and learning to trust what people reveal about themselves. 👀
His message hasn’t changed now that the world knows his name, it’s about staying grounded, trusting your intuition, and NEVER losing yourself.

Jordan Love is MARRIED to the deep ball! He’s not afraid to push it downfield, for better or worse, and that confidence can change a game in a hurry.
The Panthers are without two of the best corners in football, but they’ve been effective bringing pressure. That won’t scare Love one bit. If he identifies the blitz, recognizes the matchup, and likes what he sees, HE’S LETTING IT FLY!
Oh, and don’t forget… Christian Watson is down there SOMEWHERE! 🚀

Diego Perez writes under the pseudonym @YungPueblo, which translates to “Young People.” But the journey from a young Diego to a bestselling author was anything but predictable.
A near-death experience forced him to look at his life differently. After years of partying, drinking, and drug use, he realized it was time to pivot. That decision set him on a path of meditation, self-discovery, and healing that would ultimately change his life.
BTW… we HAD to get to the bottom of exactly what kind of partying we were talking about.

Xavier McKinney & Evan Williams form one of the best safety duos in football. Their disguise, post-snap movement, & instincts create confusion and force mistakes, as McKinney’s interception against the Bears shows.
The secondary has struggled to defend deep crossers, something I’m sure Dave Canales took note of while studying the Lions’ tape from Sunday.
That disguise and post-snap movement could be a major factor in tonight’s TNF matchup. How will Bryce Young look to counter this defense’s playmaking ability?

We love Mondays!
Little Monday Work on @thepivot Sports:
JSN is making his case as the league’s unquestioned No. 1 receiver, and last night, he put his elite route-running on full display!
Mansoor Delane is going to be a superstar, but on back-to-back drives, @jaxon_smith1 hauled in two deep-9 balls.
Different splits. Different releases. Same result!
Let’s hit the film and break down the alignment, release, leverage, and technique required to defend the best. This is where the real coaching begins!

“I’m taking myself to the mental gym.” @YungPueblo
13,000 hours of meditation is 13,000 hours of silence, recalibrating and focus. Just as professional athletes train physically, Yung Pueblo talks about how his mind was so heavy he needed to find a way to make it lighter and with meditation, results followed immediately.
Pivot Fam, do you meditate? Do you think you could do it? 🧘🏾♂️

It’s time we stopped overlooking Jared Goff’s All-Pro level of play. I get it. Detroit’s defensive struggles early in the season overshadowed some of his production, but at this point, his play is impossible to ignore.
Goff has been exceptional attacking the middle of the field, using deep crossers to stress defenses and create explosive plays. His command of these concepts and ability to consistently deliver chunk plays have been a major part of Detroit’s offensive success.
Also, Penei Sewell strikes fear in any secondary! 😂😂

I would’ve took my damn self out the game after getting trucked like that !! Embarrassing 😳🤦🏿♂️🤣
They say everything is bigger in Texas, but Skattebo don’t give a damn!
Sometimes you gotta bully the bully, and he started in the first quarter and didn’t stop until the Giants walked it off with the game-winning run in overtime!
People got ran over, tackles got broken, and celebrations were on repeat. My man had folks in compromising positions all afternoon! 😂😂
