Teenagers scare….. @MCRofficial tonight at the Hollywood Bowl! 10/10 A+ awesome show!

Jay-Z chooses himself to play the Super Bowl halftime show in Los Angeles 2027. Jay-Z should call @linkinpark to join him for a song or 2. Please add some rock to the show!

Thank you @Dodgers for two World Series in a row. Lifelong fan! I truly appreciate the effort and cohesiveness of the squad. Rest up and get ready for next year.

After 20 years I still cannot nail down the timing of the re-entry......."I got soul but I'm not a soldier" 🤬🤬🤬

Only in LA Ran into Albert from the strokes at the supermarket while I was wearing a strokes tshirt (we had a laugh) -Next day Pete Wentz was in line behind me at the coffee shop (I didn’t say hi) - Same day as above..Chad from RHCP was at the same rooftop bar carrying his amoeba records bag (had a fun chat about SNL and his car) Cheers everyone, have a great day❤️🤘

Rest in peace Chad Gilbert. 25 years of very fond and funny memories. The time I thought you were 30 years old and you were actually 20, that lead to a hilarious mixup (it was like a Threes Company episode) Thanks for the awesome NFG music, live shows, walking Runyon Canyon a few times and numerous interviews on the radio. Sending my deepest condolences to Chad’s family, friends, bandmates and fans.

It’s National Radio Day…. Can’t say it enough how much I appreciate your support over all these years. The best part has always been the connection with you. Thank you for welcoming me in your car, your speakers at home or your AirPods at work. I’m super grateful, hope we continue for years to come. #nationalradioday

What song did you listen to today and hit repeat? Arcade Fire - Reflektor

3 @Coachella memories 1999 - I was on stage for a few of the performances. It was in October. Not a ton of people but crazy fun, the lineup was great! 2001- I had 400 tickets that I randomly gave to people in LA explaining each time what Coachella is. I think I've been to every Coachella but 2. 2008? - At a weird late night party there was a tiger. 2026 - See you this weekend!

It’s not sad at all. It’s called work. It’s called hustle. Sugar Ray also plays music festivals. They are good dudes and great song writers! Work is work! Sign me up! Something so deceiving When you stop believing Turn me around again

Congrats @ArizonaMBB! This is such a fun ride! Shoutout to the city of Tucson! I went to U of A and got my start on the radio in Tucson #BearDown Final Four!!!

My Arizona Wildcats look ferocious! These dudes are good! #beardown @ArizonaMBB

You got this! Let’s go @ArizonaMBB!! I’ve said my sweet 16 prayers #BearDown

This really makes me sad. It truly shows that these huge companies have no respect for the audience. LA media talent become such part of our routine, comfort and daily life. And just like that, they are let go. Thank you @MarkKriski @glenwalkerktla @LuParker Ellina Abovian and @kaceymontoya for all your years on KTLA!

A moment I’ll never forget, thank you @twentyonepilots for bringing me ON STAGE at ALTerEGO to sing RIDE! I’m so grateful and excited, it’s truly one of my most favorite moments of my life. Love you both @joshuadun and @tylerrjoseph ♥️ #iHeartALT2026

Where have you been? Not sure if you'll see this. I still like The Strokes, System of a Down, Twenty One Pilots, Muse and LP, Incubus, GreenDay, Bad Religion A7X, Blink182, AFI, Radiohead and The Killers. I also like Fat Burger and golf, the dodgers and Lakers, AZ Hoops. Hope to hear from you. Love, Stryker

Now it’s time to book @Metallica and @GreenDay with an awesome hip hop artist. I’ll also take the Foo’s and Killers! GREAT JOB JACK WHITE and @Eminem👏👏👏
