Statics Protocol retweeted
AMMs via Uniswap v4 hooks and a brand-new incentive system (not ve(3,3)) - Phase 1 (live) $STATICS Basket Tokens and Self-Secured Credit (borrow assets deposited on the platform without losing yield, paying a flat service fee instead of interest) - Phase 2 (next - soon) An options-based stablecoin with a Pegged Stability Module and no liquidations - Phase 3 Credit for Basket Tokens and $STATICS via Morpho - Phase 4 Multiple revenue-generating gaming products - Soon 😉🤫 All of this on the same rails and all contributing to the same fee indexes. Its not all live yet but you may be underestimating this. My vision is not to "win" every category. We do not have to. We win by diversifying revenue streams and creating so much value for users that it just makes economic sense to participate. As a protocol with a lean team... and one that intends to stay that way... we can move fast and are not burdened by giant overhead costs. What does this mean? It means we can take less as a protocol to keep the lights on and pass on that extra value to the user. Have you ever stopped to think about how much of the pie you are really getting? You provide the ingredients (assets). You pay for the utilities to run the oven (gas). Why are you only getting a sliver of what is created? You can argue this with me, but I don't see fewer intermediaries and rent seekers than in TradFi... I see just as many, if not more, just with much better tech. Well, this is not why I started building @EqualFiLabs and @StaticsProtocol. I started doing this years ago because I wanted to build the systems that I myself want to use. It's time for users to demand more from their platforms and protocols.

LIQUIDITY INCENTIVE PROGRAM robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd will be distributing 1,500,000 STATICS + 5,000 USDG every week across ETH/STATICS and STATICS/USDG, split equally between both pools. 90% will go to LPs and 10% to STATICS allocators. At the current robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd price of $0.01012, that means $20,185 in weekly incentives, while LPs earn native trading fees on top. At current prices, LPs could earn approximately 94.5% APR if $500K in liquidity is eligible, or 47.2% APR if $1M in liquidity is eligible. But as robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd grows in price, the value of the weekly rewards grows with it, greatly increasing projected APRs. At $0.02: 27.10M STATICS purchased APR: 163.8% ($500K pool) or 81.9% ($1M pool) At $0.03: 46.49M STATICS purchased APR: 234% ($500K pool) or 117% ($1M pool) At $0.04: 63.16M STATICS purchased APR: 304.2% ($500K pool) or 152.1% ($1M pool) At $0.05: 77.98M STATICS purchased APR: 374.4% ($500K pool) or 187.2% ($1M pool) As you can see, the numbers get quite compelling, and this is all before any fee revenue is used to boost the program even further. What this means for LPs: Earn decent APR at today's prices and amazing APR if the price grows. You also keep all the LP fees earned on top of that headline APR. You can loop operators, multiply your share of the main pool's fees, and then stake or provide liquidity (or both) on the last leg of the loop. No one else is going to offer you this capital efficiency. What this means for robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd stakers: Almost 100% APR on your staked and allocated STATICS, with no LP required. Stake robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd and earn more STATICS AND USDG. And none of this takes into account the ability to add more rewards through trading fee revenue from the main pool. We could easily recycle trading fees into even more rewards and higher APRs each period. And remember, your rewards are streamed continuously, so you will be able to watch them grow by the second. To give users time to prepare, we have decided to launch the incentive program on Monday, October 19, 2026, six days from now. This gives us time to get the word out and provide users and LPs with more education about the new system. And finally, the most important part: These incentives do NOT mint new tokens. Our incentives NEVER WILL. 1B supply or less FOREVER. Unmatched capital efficiency. No minting or dilution of supply. LPs keep ALL their fees. You do not want to miss this.

Linn breaking it down
Tokenizing Assets is but a Fraction of what DeFi is capable of @StaticsProtocol is set to unlock the rest Assets become: • basketable • borrowable • liquid • yield generating • usable as collateral Let's break it down: 1. Baskets • Users can combine up to 16 assets into a redeemable BasketToken • Think tokenized index funds, but fully onchain • These baskets can then be traded, redeemed, or used as collateral 2. Lending • Instead of selling a basket, users can borrow against it • That creates more utility and more transactions around the same underlying assets 3. Statics Dollar • A dollar-denominated asset backed through the Statics collateral system, with a separate risk layer for volatile collateral • This adds another source of borrowing, liquidity and fees 4. Operators • There are 5,555 Operators • Each is backed by 180,000 robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd + ETH paid into the system • Operators can be activated to increase their multiplier, then linked to a PositionNFT • Importantly, an Operator can also be redeemed back into its underlying robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd 5. PositionNFTs (basically your account inside Statics): • robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd stake • baskets • loans • Dollar positions • Operator boosts The Operator multiplier increases how much your staked robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd counts toward protocol rewards 6. Fee allocation • Instead of every staker sharing every fee pool equally, users will be able to direct their reward weight toward specific assets (Up to 12 per PositionNFT) • If two assets generate the same fees, but one has much less robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd competing for those fees, your stake earns a much larger share there • This turns staking into an allocation game: find where fee generation is high relative to competing stake. 7. Revenue model: Protocol usage generates fees For eligible global rewards: • 90% -> stakers • 10% -> treasury Ze Flywheel: more assets -> more baskets / trading / borrowing -> more volume -> more fees -> more value flowing through robinhood:0x2d8d6f4a93acd7a916a5a654ec8b690ba3b3eadd As if that wasn't enough...Statics is also building around Uniswap v4 liquidity, arbitrage infrastructure, prediction markets and gamified products (to come as a staggered release) The Genesis Operator system is live on Robinhood Chain, while the broader basket, lending and Dollar infrastructure will be rolled out soon (wen?!) As @RobinhoodCrypto Chain becomes a meaningful venue for tokenized equities/RWAs, Statics is becoming the infrastructure that makes those assets actually useful For more information head over to: docs.staticsprotocol.com/ or check out what to expect in Phase 1 here: xitter.cf/hooftly/status/2107817… dc: linn is an ambassador for Statics

New DEX built using Uniswap V4 Hooks. New LP Rewards System. Incentives funded through protocol fees and buybacks not mints. Soon.
What to expect from $STATICS Phase 1. Full DEX functionality. Anyone can pay a creation fee and receive 5% of all pool hook fees for life from pools they create. For projects, this becomes a revenue stream for every pool they launch. A new take on bribes and gauges. Gauge rewards are continuously streamed to LPs who have in-range liquidity. Rewards are directed to pools by $STATICS stakers. Stakers have a 4-hour cooldown once they allocate toward a pool. This kills JIT reward hopping while only requiring four hours before they can move their allocation again. Anyone can fund up to four reward assets per pool and split those rewards at any desired ratio between pool LPs and gauge allocators. If a project wants to attract gauge weight, it can fund allocator bribes. If it wants more LP liquidity, it can fund LP bribes. Or it can do both, using whatever split it chooses. Imagine a single pool paying a memecoin, NVDA, WBTC, and WETH all as incentives. And the best part? The gauge rewards are not minted. They are funded by platform fees, buybacks, and existing token allocations. No constant sell pressure from minting incentives. $STATICS Staking. You can stake your $STATICS tokens and give them two jobs during Phase 1. Select up to 12 assets, and your weight will participate in each asset's global fee index. Select USDG, for example, and get a cut of every swap fee paid in USDG, while doing the same across up to 12 different assets. Choose a newer asset without much weight allocated to it? You earn more. You can also allocate your stake weight toward any pool you choose, and that pool will receive a pro rata share of that period's gauge rewards, streamed continuously based on total allocated stake weight. Example: Pool A has 50 allocated stake. Pool B has 20 allocated stake. Pool C has 30 allocated stake. There is 100 total stake allocated. Pool A receives 50%. Pool B receives 20%. Pool C receives 30%. Of course, bribes for allocators can greatly influence where that weight is directed. One thing I want to mention is that Phase 1 will not include the ability to link an Operator NFT to a Position NFT and use activation weight to increase stake weight. This functionality will be part of Phase 2, along with Basket Tokens. Activation weight still matters because it applies to an Operator's fee-share weight from the main $STATICS pool. Operators receive 40% of all trading fees from the main pool, and this will never change. Only Operators will ever have a claim on the main pool's fees. Overall, Phase 1 is a full-fledged DEX release with a new rewards system that takes inspiration from Aerodrome's new MetaDEX03 system. It is just built on Uniswap v4 using hooks. If you are an LP looking for new opportunities, keep an eye on us.

He forgot to mention USDstx, which uses Ethereum options and senior and junior tranching, a Pegged Stability Module, and volatile profiles using any asset, like tokenized stocks, that can be wound down if required to create a censorship resistant but practical stablecoin.
Feels like people are underestimating what we are building at @StaticsProtocol, but there is so much going on that it's understandable. I have had this system in my head for years, so I obviously know it, but it's so diverse that it's not the easiest thing to grasp. The biggest thing we need to realize is that $STATICS is being built so it can support any vertical in DeFi. If you have been following me and EqualFi, you know that this has always been the goal. A permissionless + permissioned system working together, all sharing the same fee rails. This is what I have been building toward for years. It's in the DNA of all the products we are building. AMMs, credit, baskets/indexes, prediction markets, CLOBs. This is every major product in DeFi, and it's all built into a single system here. Is it 100% ready? No. Is it already built and ready to be iterated on, abused, and released in phases? You bet your ass it is. So ask yourself: what is every major player in the space trying to do? Vertical integration. Own the whole stack. But this is not easy because they are all working with systems that were built for one thing. Here, we built for vertical integration from day one. One platform. Every vertical. Any asset can tap into it. As I keep saying... Pay attention!

Protocol Owned Liquidity 🤝 AI Agents
I want to talk about Protocol-Owned Liquidity. Every swap that happens on @StaticsProtocol infrastructure charges the native Uniswap v4 fee that is set by the creator, but it also charges a hook fee defaulted to 0.05% on the input AND output assets. This means if we have a Token A/WETH pair, the fee is charged in both Token A and WETH. This is important because it allows us to build and stockpile both tokens in the pair for both staking rewards and protocol-owned liquidity. POL can never be withdrawn... but we do not simply throw the acquired tokens into full-range liquidity. If you know about concentrated liquidity, you will know how inefficient this is. This is why POL in Statics is manageable by the protocol. This means that while it cannot be withdrawn, it can be rebalanced and actively managed. Active management is kind of hard, though. This is why $STATICS will use AI agents to actively manage the system's protocol-owned liquidity. Well, what if you don't want POL? This is where the creation system shines. Each pool comes with 2 fees: a pool creation fee and a POL activation fee. The creation fee is not optional. This lowers spam and ensures creators can't just squat popular pairs and configurations without paying. The POL activation fee IS optional. Want to grow POL and have it actively managed by our AI agents? Pay the POL activation fee on creation. Forego the fee and no POL accrues, and nothing is managed by our agents. Pretty straightforward. Fees made from active management, as well as any positive PnL from inventory cycling, become protocol revenue. This revenue can be used for buybacks of the $STATICS token to fund the liquidity incentive gauge system, which does not mint infinite tokens creating infinite sell pressure. Instead, we fund it with buybacks and existing reserves. So instead of minting to dump, we actually need to buy. Every ve(3,3), and even Aero's MetaDEX03, is dependent on constant emissions. We are not. Through active management of POL via AI agents and all the other revenue streams, we will be able to perpetually fund liquidity incentives while simultaneously creating the need to continuously buy back the token instead of minting it. You should probably pay attention.

October 9th 2026. Time to be different.
The tentative launch date for $STATICS Phase 1 is October 9th, 2026. Code is finalized and being reviewed. If no major issues arise, there will be no delay. This will come with Day 1 liquidity incentives, and permissionless pool creation will be live. Some things to know: Pool creation is not free. Because pool creators earn 5% of all hook fees for life, there is an actual cost to spin up a pool. The reason for this is so squatters can't just create pools with popular pairs and tick spacing. They must pay. It is also a signal that the creator is launching a pool for a reason. EVERY swap contributes to protocol-owned liquidity. A fee in both assets is charged on each swap and automatically compounds into locked liquidity. Stake $STATICS , choose up to any 12 assets in the system, and earn a cut of fees from EVERY pool they trade in. You can also direct that $STATICS weight at pools you want to see rewarded and earn EVEN more for your service. This is capital efficiency no other DEX currently offers. ve(3,3) DEXs force you to choose limited yield paths. @StaticsProtocol lets you choose them all. Once you understand this, your thinking around what you currently get as an LP may start to change. All of this is powered by the $STATICS token. You need it to earn. You need it to direct votes. There will only ever be 1 billion. There will never be inflation. Rewards for liquidity are powered by buybacks and trading fees. Phase 1. October 9th, 2026. Pay attention!

Incentives matter.
There are no programmatic burns of $STATICS ... why? One of the most common practices for projects is to buy back and burn their tokens. This works for certain platforms, but what if you are one that needs to provide incentives for liquidity? There are two dominant models in DEX/AMMs currently: the Uniswap model, which directly lets LPs collect fees, or the ve(3,3) model, where users lock tokens, vote on LP rewards, and LPs are provided emissions in the project's token as an incentive. Both work. Both are proven. But both have their quirks. As an LP, if I don't want an emissions token, I have Vanilla Uniswap. If I don't mind emissions as rewards, I have many of the ve(3,3) clones. But what are we doing here? ve(3,3) requires emissions FOREVER. There is no max supply on these tokens. Sure, you can burn them, but they still get emitted into the millions weekly. This is not just how LPs get paid in some cases, but also how some teams get paid. So what does that translate into? Constant sell pressure. You can argue with me on this, but I think it's pretty common sense. What's worse is that because the emissions never stop, there really is no way to kill this. So why are we trying the same thing over and over again? Because it works, and it is easy to copy. I am proposing another way. When activation or trading fees are collected in $STATICS, they are put aside for incentives. Think about this. If we have a constant flow of $STATICS, is this not akin to emissions WITHOUT the actual emissions? Why is it standard for projects to infinitely emit? But there is another thing here, and this may be a hot take: Why is 100% of fees being redistributed to lockers/voters? Why have we never asked, why not a hybrid system? This is what Phase 1 of @StaticsProtocol will achieve. It will be a DEX built on Uniswap v4 that uses the token to provide incentives funded by its own trading and activation fees. It will allow outside LPs, but use hooks to apply a fee that compounds Protocol Owned Liquidity while also rewarding $STATICS stakers. Instead of locking to vote, you just stake. Pick up to 12 assets as rewards, sit back, and collect. Let me explain this. This means if USDG is trading and collecting fees across 10 pools and you select it, you get a cut of the fees from ALL those pools. You can do this for up to 12 assets! Your stake weight is counted the same for every choice. But this still creates game theory. If there are 200 assets trading... you can only select 12. You are forced to decide what you want exposure to and hope that not too many others are opting into the same assets. But let's think about new assets. If you are staking and opt into a brand-new asset as one of the first users, your weight will be much more substantial for that asset because the crowd has not arrived yet. Conviction matters early in this case. Why not take a bit from all the working systems and build something that takes the best from them all? Let's challenge ourselves to think differently.

Who is building this? 🫡
TSVs are going to have clear places to swap via @Uniswap hooks. But are they going to have complementary infrastructure for credit based on NMS tokens? I imagine TSVs are going to want one place to handle all of this, built on already trusted providers like @Morpho. Midnight gives us tools Blue didn't have, but this is why both work together. Give them a basket protocol and stablecoin on top, and things start to look very full service. Best part is, permissioned infrastructure does not have to affect the permissionless structure. @StaticsProtocol is a meta platform.

Phase 1 of $STATICS is imminent.
Phase 1 of $STATICS Mainnet: Full DEX functionality. Stake $STATICS and opt in to up to 12 assets as rewards. Permissionless market creation. Creators get 5% of all pool fees forever. How you shape a market matters. Uniswap v4 native fees for LPs, plus a hook fee charged in both assets. Part of that fee is locked into protocol-owned liquidity, strengthening markets after every swap. Opt into USDG and get rewards from every USDG pool. Opt into NVDA and get rewards from every NVDA pool. WETH? You get the idea. But one thing we will have is permissioned infrastructure that any TSV can harness to create markets. The permissioned infrastructure leaves all venue control up to the TSV and allows them to handle permissions. $STATICS never handles KYC or any permissioned control. It only provides the infrastructure needed to do so efficiently, while allowing those markets to benefit from the rest of @StaticsProtocol's upcoming features. Most importantly, the permissionless side is never affected by the permissioned infrastructure, but Operators still get a cut of the permissioned activity in a compliant way. If an asset is restricted by regulations and trades in a pool with a permissionless asset, the permissioned asset is automatically converted into the permissionless asset and distributed as rewards. Building for compliance does not have to kill permissionless markets. $STATICS is built for this. The release date for Phase 1 will be announced this coming week, so stay tuned.

At $STATICS we are building the exchange, basket, stablecoin and credit infra layer that can serve both permissionless and permissioned venues while keeping the permissionless layer credibly neutral. Checkout our work. Phase 1 coming soon.
.@frankdegods is correct. The SEC's new Innovation Exemption is explicitly built around permissioned TSVs. This means AMMs operating under this framework will need a way to determine whether a participant is permitted to trade tokenized NMS stock. Looking at the landscape on @RobinhoodCrypto, I'm not seeing many protocols that will be capable of supporting this. Many of your favorites are going to have a hard time navigating it. Fortunately for @StaticsProtocol, I have been building for this eventuality since day one. $STATICS is entirely capable of hosting permissionless AND permissioned venues, with the infrastructure needed to support compliant markets where specific assets require permissioned access. As I keep saying... pay attention, because we are about to show why careful design can preserve CROPS at the infrastructure layer while enabling compliance where specific assets require it.

The thesis is programmable assets.
Another cool thing about our $STATICS basket tech: They don't actually need to be baskets. What does this mean? It means you can take any token and use the same underlying system that creates credit, yield, and market infrastructure and give it to any single token. You can fractionalize an asset by setting the underlying requirement to less than 1. You can consolidate denominations by wrapping more than 1 into a single token. And then, of course, you can just wrap 1:1. You see, baskets are not the only use case here. Okay, but let's look at the other end. Basket tokens are just normal ERC-20 tokens. They do not rebalance or have transaction taxes. Well, what happens if we make a basket of baskets? What if we tokenize NVDA/TSLA/SPCX, then tokenize GME/AMC/CASHCAT, then tokenize STATICS/WETH/AAPL, all into baskets, and then tokenize all of those into a basket? Basically, onchain nested ETFs. That is also one heck of a diverse arbitrage graph that opens up as correlated pairs form between the underlying assets and baskets. The possibilities for composability get pretty wild.
