Been messing about with AI-assisted coding and somehow built a shopping list + budgeting tool for us. It estimates the cost of our shop, shows what could be left of our weekly food budget and groups items by category. Still lots to improve, but I’m quite chuffed with it!

For the past few weeks I’ve been getting up early and going for a walk before the world wakes up. It’s genuinely transformed my mental health. I’ve started losing weight, I feel better in myself, and it’s given me so much more clarity of thought. It’s amazing what a bit of fresh air, some peace and a good walk can do. I hope you’re all well and have a great weekend.

Try this money exercise today Forget what you're supposed to want for a moment. The big house, flash car, etc. Ask yourself: • What actually makes me deeply happy? • Who do I want to spend my time with? • What would my ideal day look like? • How much of my time do I want to spend working? Then ask yourself: How much money would be enough to give me the freedom to live more of that life? You might discover something surprising. Your definition of “enough” could be a lot lower than you think
