youtu.be/9-hY0yBxZm0 I had the amazing honor of working with #Screenburn , @annapurnainteractive , and @konami to create this lifesize bust of The Lunger, from their new game Silent Hill: Townfall . The process took several weeks of burning the candle at both ends, fueled by loads of caffeine and the sheer honor of contributing to this amazing project. Folks, I say wholeheartedly, this an amazing game created by great companies that support artists. Perfect for the festive Halloween mood that’s settling in upon us, so go grab a copy of the game asap! The Lunger was sculpted by hand in @Monsterclayusa, then moulded in PT Flex PU rubber, and cast in platinum silicone. The blades are cold cast aluminum with aluminum mesh reinforcement. Base is solid wood, cast iron bracket and rod. Paint base: @smoothon Psycho Paints, using Winsor and Newton oil based paints as primary pigments, and “Silc Pig” pigments. Weathering and rust using AMMO and War World Scenics rust powders and paints. #sculpture #silenthill #silenthilltownfall #horrorgame #konami #annapurna #siliconesculpture #horrorart #practicalfx #practicaleffects #Monsterclay @TheRickBaker @THETomSavini @MONSTERPALOOZA1 @SilentHill
