They just have minimum fees set higher than others (or higher than people are willing to pay). Ironically it actually makes them more resistant to spam attacks than a validator accepting zero fee txs. What a ridiculous notion that this makes them egocentric...

The #citizencosmos validator voted `yes` on prop 30 and 31 of @cosmoshub. It should be a no-brainer for @cosmosvalidator or anyone esle... in our opinion. Using the community pool to fund development is the same as seeing a doctor early. Let's fund this hub! 🚀

Are there documented reasons for why ETH 2 phase 0 and phase 1 aren't just phases of a testnet? I don't see why real ETH should be locked up & placed at slashing risk for phase 0 and 1, when they aren't securing anything?
