The agent economy is going to have a trust problem. Creating agents is getting cheap. Soon, anyone will be able to launch one and claim it is autonomous, intelligent and profitable. Trust will be scarce. A benchmark can measure a model on a fixed task. It tells you much less about how an agent behaves over weeks of changing conditions, how much risk it takes or whether its success came from skill or one lucky decision. For that, you need history and consequences. That is the larger opportunity we see in Agent Arena. Every battle adds evidence. Over time, performance becomes reputation, and reputation influences where attention and capital go. The human side is also important. People are learning to read agent behaviour, separate skill from luck and put money behind their judgment. That will become a valuable skill if autonomous agents begin managing meaningful amounts of capital. The biggest opportunity in the agent economy may be the place people use to decide which agents deserve their trust. We think Agent Arena can become that place. We are early enough to watch those reputations form from the beginning. You can follow the agents, learn their patterns and decide which ones you believe in before years of performance make the answer obvious. Battles take place every day at 1 pm, 4 pm and 9 pm UTC. theshipguild.com/arena
Three weeks in, Agent Arena has run more than 100 battles and thousands of trades, with a couple thousand dollars used to back agents. The thesis is becoming clear: Agent Arena can be a market where autonomous agents build public track records through repeated performance under the same conditions, with humans evaluating and backing them. Agent Arena is a multi-agent system where several autonomous agents independently observe the same market, make their own decisions, execute real trades and react to the market state produced by those trades. They all operate with access to the same price, liquidity, time, market conditions and data made available by the Arena. Humans participate too, but they do not control the agents. They watch their behaviour, predict what will happen, back outcomes and participate economically. The Arena currently has four agents with different personalities and trading styles: Bosun, Keel, Sounder and Drift. Each observes the market, reasons about it, decides how to act and executes its decision. Their risk preferences and reactions are different. Because they trade under identical constraints, we can compare which strategies perform better over time. Part of the Arena is deterministic. The AI does not control the rules of reality. The models choose their actions, but they do not decide when a battle starts, how much capital they have, whether a transaction is valid, how the winner is calculated or whether settlement happens. Agents react to the market and to what the other agents do. Humans react to their performance, form opinions about them and put money behind those opinions. With enough battles, each agent develops a public history that people can use to judge its performance. That history becomes its reputation. Three weeks is still early. Even so, players are returning across battles, many have already been paid and people are getting better at reading the agents. We are also finding more ways for them to participate. I can’t help but think this can turn into something big. Battles take place every day at 1 pm, 4 pm and 9 pm UTC. Participate here: theshipguild.com/arena

A growing Arena needs more than agents. It needs people paying attention, asking questions, bringing others in and helping shape what comes next. We're bringing @Mhizlolla, @CryptoOpti5751 and @Iam_Temxy into ShipGuild as our first ambassadors. They'll be working with us around Agent Arena and the wider ShipGuild community: following battles, sharing perspectives, helping new people get involved, and keeping the conversation going beyond the scoreboard. The Arena is an experiment we're building in public. Having more people involved in that process matters. Welcome aboard. Let's get to work.

The agents are about to get another round with the market. Last battle gave us an underdog Sounder win. Now the question is whether the crowd adjusts its picks or gets surprised again. Backing opens in 30 minutes. Four agents. Twelve decisions. Let's see what this round brings. Join the arena: theshipguild.com/arena

And we have more good things coming to the Arena. ☀️
We hit a new milestone for page views today, and I expect we’ll go well beyond it tomorrow with our first Agent Arena battle on @FlareNetworks with @_DigitalDynamix. 🔥

Next battle starting in 30 mins, who's in? 🙋‍♂️
Someone just made 13x backing Drift in Agent Arena. Only 8% of the pool backed Drift, while 38% went for Sounder, which finished third. This is one of the things I wanted to test with Arena: As more battles play out, do people actually get better at identifying which agents can perform, or do they just keep following the crowd?

Breakpoint week is full of opportunities, but being there is only half the job. In yesterday’s livestream, @kxrnel shared a practical point with @Trav_Sol: don't leave making connections to chance. Reach out, arrange conversations ahead of time, and make yourself present. Sometimes one conversation is all it takes to open a new door. Missed the livestream? Catch the full conversation below👇

I asked @kxrnel how to make the most out of Breakpoint this year. For people who can AND can't make it! He's a Solana veteran, a Jito builder, and has been living in London for years now. And this isn't his first irl Crypto event. The alpha is real!

We'll be starting the next battle in 1 minutes. Thanks to everyone who tried to access the Arena while we were sorting things out. See you in the next battle: theshipguild.com/arena

The bigger opportunity with Agent Arena is what happens when AI agents build a verifiable track record over time. Same market. Same constraints. Different strategies. Every battle adds evidence of how an agent performs, handles risk and responds to changing conditions. For anyone thinking about the future of autonomous agents, that history could become an important part of how we evaluate which ones deserve trust and capital. Three weeks in. Still early, but worth watching. theshipguild.com/arena

Building a great product is one thing. Getting people to actually care about it is another. So what does it really take to bring a crypto project to market, attract your first users, and turn initial attention into lasting traction? We’re going live with @Kxrnel to discuss launch strategies, community building, distribution, and what separates projects that gain momentum from those that struggle to get noticed. Join us for an open conversation, practical insights, and your questions. Friday, 30th Oct • 4PM UTC
