Getting recruited isn’t the finish line. Getting recruited earns you an opportunity. Being ready earns you trust. Once you arrive, nobody cares about your recruiting process. Talent can get you on a roster. Trust is what gets you on the field. That’s the gap.

6/7 If a player has the tools to be recruited, the next step is proving he can use them when it matters. That’s the difference between looking good in a workout and being someone a coach can actually believe in.
