🚨🚨MAJOR UPDATE: Canada’s PM Mark Carney just confirmed it, Trump’s trade policy has boxed America out of the global market.
While Washington slaps tariffs on allies, Canada is sealing major deals with China and Asia.
The world’s signing trade pacts. The U.S. is signing its own isolation.

Goosebumps!!! Unless you’re a Canadian it’s tough to describe just how us ordinary Canadians feel watching this. Our PM Carney has taken blow after blow, insult after insult from Trump and turned it into this!!! RESPECT! We are respected. Thank you Europe

Here are some of the songs I've been listening to this summer. It starts with a song Michelle and I love by Glen Hansard, a great musician who passed tragically this week. Our hearts go out to his family.

3 July, 2005: On this day, same-sex marriage became legal in Spain.
At the time, it was the third country in the world to allow it, after the Netherlands and Belgium.
The law, championed by the Socialist government of Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, gave same-sex couples full marriage rights, including adoption and inheritance, on an equal footing with heterosexual couples.
It passed despite opposition from the Catholic Church, which helped mobilise hundreds of thousands to protest, though polls at the time showed most Spaniards backed the change.
